Reviews for The Peninsula Mandurah

I'm one for chit chat yet in an empty restaurant, I felt like I a leper. We ordered lemonade and a bourbon and Coke. After going to great lengths to explain they have Pepsi we got a lemon lime and bitters and a flat Pepsi, no bourbon which were both returned. My meal of Shark Bay Crab Spagatini (Why not Mandurah crab) was divine , 5 stars but the chicken and beetroot salad was an awful surprise of minced chicken, it looked like cat food. I'm really unsure if I wish to return and we lived at this spot back in the day, you know what I mean if you know.

10/10. Rachel served us and she was amazing. She was able to help us with the drink menu and had the best service. Food was breathtaking. Good portions. Will definitely come back

Great seating under a beautiful tree to watch all the activity on the river and to enjoy the ambience of Mandurah. Evie - the waitress was very personable, fun and efficient. She made our visit and certainly made us laugh! An asset to the Pen I’d say.. However I thought the fish to be a smaller serving than usual but still enjoyable. The pizzas were nice and tasty and other staff were very friendly also.

My wife and I had a 3 course dinner here and everything was fantastic. We started with Garlic bread which was perfectly crisp, we were also brought some complimentary bread which was delicious. For mains, my wife has the chicken breast which was succulent and presented well and I had the Sirloin Med Rare which was cooked to perfection and served with some beautiful potatoes on the side. The portion sizes were great and we had to get some of our meal to takeway, which was no issue. We had a fantastic server named Chloe who made sure we were looked after and she was very friendly and attentive. Her service was genuinely top notch. The drinks were great, in particular the cocktails, and the bartender who brought us our drinks was friendly and knowledgeable. Truly a great night and we will be back again.
