The staff service was amazing, the staff were very polite and welcoming. The quality of the room on the other hand was about average. The bed was comfortable apart from the BLOOD STAINS on my linen... Customer service was definitely a saving grace. Having had issue with my room card, the staff were awesome and sorted it ASAP.

stayed a total of 3 hotels during my Perth trip and THIS WAS THE BEST. From the location to the bed, all was great. Free parking rocks and i will love to stay here again. Last but not least, from the 1st staff i met to the last, all of them were so full of warmth and smiles. Indeed excellent service from each of them. from reception to housekeeping...all of u rocks. keep up the good work and i just want you all to know, u made my stay an excellent one. Loving it.

Excellent location which can easy to explore the area, excellent view, decent room and balcony size, very clean and well-equipped, with everything I needed ( desk & chair, coffee table with 2 chairs, free wi-fi and mini fridge, stainless steel cattle, air dryer, iron, shampoo and body wash, extra towels and pillows, place to put your bags, excellent closet ect.) I especially enjoyed the breakfast and coffee it was extremely delicious and excellent service. The only 2 things I'm not happy with, first it's very hard to find a parking, and the second thing the bed and pillows it's not comfortable at all.

Great location, we could walk anywhere for meals. There is a door at the front, you have to go down to the lower level in the lift to find it, you don't have to walk around from the back. Zero parking available when we arrived which was tricky. The staff said there was plenty but the 'day' tourists had taken up the whole carpark. We stayed on a Sunday and Monday night during the school holidays. Very quiet. Lovely bathroom with beautiful essential oil type products. Interesting that the mini bar was empty, I wonder what was going on there. I could have done with some chocolate or a soda. Would have liked a few power points to charge phones but only found one. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The pool was nice and empty in the morning which was great. Nice.

Location of Sebel is very good. Walking distance to the shops, restaurant, all attractions. All personal have been nice. Room for 2 nights wasn't huge but specious enough, clean and bed was comfy. Nice water view. The balcony was narrow and could fit 2 chairs. We believe that little coffee table would be nice touch and beneficial. Some noise during 2 night stay from The Pen,restaurant below but nothing major.
