The hotel was lovely and the Customer service was good. I would say that the bathroom needs to be cleaned better due to mold in the showers. It was not nice to shower somewhere where mold was growing. Better cleaning. Overall, Wonder stay.

I arrived very late at night and was grateful to check in with a friendly receptionist. My room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. Internet was fast. And the location was pretty good. I was able to walk to a few of my meetings and enjoyed really interesting jogs on two of the three mornings I stayed there (Swan River is within 300m of the hotel and Kings Park about 1Km away). There’s a really good coffee shop just outside the hotel (Offshoot Coffee) and a cool speakeasy styled bar called Foxtrot Unicorn just down the road. (see perfect negroni photo)

Hi there, staff were lovely and helpful, nothing wrong at all there. It's more the facilities and building which are very outdated. The water pressure is bad, the carpet is old, the light features in the lobby are damaged and dusty... The bed was very comfortable to sleep in I must say. I would be nice to have a broadcast for your phone option with the TV like most 4* have. The bathroom is very bare with no toiletries (cotton buds, toothpaste...). Management is trying to save money and it really shows. I hosted an event in the function rooms and had to request tablecloths for the catering tables. The round tables in the main room didn't have tablecloths either. That is not 4* level, 3* or 3.5* at best. What you see online is not what you get. Nice little hotel, well located, just not 4* as advertised.

Stayed 2 nights as needed to attend a conference in the city, breakfast was great, with ample choice of hot and cold food. Pool area is nice, seems to be under some type of renovation, but still usable. Reception staff are always helpful and polite, the staff on the breakfast shift are lovely and always treated us warmly and with a lovely smile.

I've read some bad reviews about this hotel. Fortunately, we had a good stay, good experience and good location. Stayed 6 nights in this hotel and the reception staff was helpful, professional and a delight to talk to. Rosa, Kiora and Dia were exceptional although the rest of the staff were just as delightful. We had an upgrade so the room was great, very clean and spacious. The breakfast was okay for someone staying for a night or two but it was a challenge for us to have the same items for breakfast for 6 mornings consecutively!
