Nazek Missned
A well-managed hotel, ideally positioned for my visit, exhibits cleanliness, understated elegance, and efficiency. However, the reception arrangement was slightly confusing. Our room, adequately spacious and equipped with all the amenities expected in a four-star establishment, justified the price paid. The location could not have been better chosen. Should we revisit Perth, we will unquestionably consider staying here again. We wholeheartedly recommend it to others.

Not on par with what is expected of a 4 star hotel. Rooms dated, extremely basic and dimly lit i.e. not even a teaspoon provided to stir the complementary coffee. One of the lifts was out of order which led to long wait times in the foyer and on the floor. Stairs did not allow access beyond level one. As for the $100 security bond at check in, it’s a bit rich given how basic the rooms are. Service was good however reception staff failed to correctly program one of the access passes which is required for lift and room access.

Pleasant weekend stay. Comfy beds. Clean linen. Great shower. Easy check in and out. Pool area nice with a great metro feel. Overall state of room/hotel seemed rather unkept.

The suite provided was perfect for us with our grandkids, took them for a roof top swim which they loved. Was an extremely busy check in with a big concert in town but staff were calm and managed the volume of check ins well. Breakfast was fab and BIG. Location is great because we could walk most places and left our car with the valet service.

Room was clean and had everything you needed. Service was polite and helpful. Location was perfect, close to everything. The only downfall was that one elevator wasn't working and also the aircon controller in our room was faulty, so you could turn the temperature down, but if it got too cold there was no way of turning it back up again. Otherwise, a good hotel for a couple of nights.
