Absolutely terrible experience! 👎🏻 The staff are condescending, unfriendly, and unprofessional. We had several issues with their scoring system, and when we asked for help, one staff member simply ignored us. When we approached the counter to ask if they could fix the issue, they gave us the most condescending look and just said, 'just wait.' Although they eventually fixed the problem, we had to repeat ourselves three times. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good customer service.

I recently hosted my son's birthday party at Strike Laser Tag Carousel, and I have to say, it exceeded all expectations! From the thrilling laser tag games to the excellent catering options, every aspect of the party was a hit. I want to give a special shout out to our host, Nate, who truly made the experience unforgettable. Nate went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly and that all our guests had an amazing time. His attention to detail, friendliness, and professionalism were outstanding, and he truly went the extra mile to make sure our son's birthday party was a success.

Katie and her team couldn't have done any more to make the night perfect. What an absolute superstar she is !!! Waiting at the bar to get a drink she spotted me and sent a team member over to say they would serve us on the alley. 🌟⭐ Great night to go on a Friday with awesome tunes and a DJ. We'll be back ! A great place if you guys are crazy about bowling 🎳. This place is equally good for kids and adults. The staffs are really supportive. I had no idea about bowling. Went with friends. It was really fun. I enjoyed a lot. At the counter while booking slots you could say to raise the side gates for kids. So that ball doesn't go off grid. It would be really good for them.You have drinks and snacks available. I really loved the place and am sure to keep visiting the place. Since it is situated inside Westfield carousel parking is not at all a problem. Really a must try activity . It would be a great experience. 🙂🎳

Great staff and very accommodating. We had a birthday booking for laser tag, a couple of the kids got overwhelmed and were able to play mini golf instead. Only issue I found was that there is a minimum of 10 for a birthday booking which is hard if you are on a super strict budget or if your child doesn't have that many close friends. We did look at a casual booking, however you cannot reserve seating or bring outside food. Party favours were a huge hit and food was great. They also had no issues with me jumping in and playing with the kids.
