We recently stayed at the Duxton Hotel Perth and had a lovely experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, and genuinely go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are spacious and clean, with stunning views. The club floor and lounge access are incredible. We’ve had such a great experience here and can’t recommend it enough. Massive thanks to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable.

We have stayed in many hotels around Perth and out of all, including one claiming to be 5 star, the Duxton hotel has by far surpassed every single one of them. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. The facilities are incredible. It’s definitely a true 5 star hotel.

Good value for money, when it comes to room rates. The rooms themselves aren't very spacious but two double beds were perfect for our family of three. Loved that they allowed us to check in early and checkout late. One star is taken away for the irrational pricing of room service: why on earth they charge $5 for a tray serving Pavlova is beyond me! But if you stay away from room service this hotel is pretty good. P.S. take a swan river view room. Totally worth it

We finally had the chance to stay at the Duxton Hotel as part of our staycation adventures, and it didn't disappoint. The hotel's CBD location is ideal, with the Barack Street jetty and Swan River just a stone's throw away. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. The in-house facilities, including the gym and pool, were also well-appointed. While the pool was a bit chilly and nestled in a slightly claustrophobic, enclosed space, its design was sleek and relaxing. One minor drawback was that the hotel's restaurant was closed for dinner on the night we arrived, forcing us to explore alternative options. Fortunately, a charming Indian restaurant called 'Balti' located just across the road proved to be a convenient and delightful substitute. Overall, our stay at the Duxton Hotel was enjoyable, and we'd recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable, well-located base for their Perth adventures.

Good location close to the cbd, bus stops and the quay. Rooms are modern and reasonably appointed. The are a little bit dirty just around the edges but overall nice to stay. I would say more 4 star.
