I recently hosted my son's birthday party at Strike Laser Tag Carousel, and I have to say, it exceeded all expectations! From the thrilling laser tag games to the excellent catering options, every aspect of the party was a hit. I want to give a special shout out to our host, Nate, who truly made the experience unforgettable. Nate went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly and that all our guests had an amazing time. His attention to detail, friendliness, and professionalism were outstanding, and he truly went the extra mile to make sure our son's birthday party was a success.

A great place if you guys are crazy about bowling 🎳. This place is equally good for kids and adults. The staffs are really supportive. I had no idea about bowling. Went with friends. It was really fun. I enjoyed a lot. At the counter while booking slots you could say to raise the side gates for kids. So that ball doesn't go off grid. It would be really good for them.You have drinks and snacks available. I really loved the place and am sure to keep visiting the place. Since it is situated inside Westfield carousel parking is not at all a problem. Really a must try activity . It would be a great experience. 🙂🎳

Our group had a great time when we visited. Played two games and everything went smoothly. Ordering food to our lane via the QR code was easy. We booked on the day and our lane was available at our set time.

I wouldn't recommend this place unless it's your last resort and everywhere else is fully booked. I rarely give a 1-star review, but my experience here was extremely disappointing. Despite prepayment for a booking, we had to wait for 25 minutes past our scheduled time due to the previous customers running late. The tables were unclean, and the staff seemed uninterested in assisting customers. Additionally, despite not using our allocated time fully, we were warned that we might not finish our game due to our delay. Save your time and money; there are far better bowling venues worth trying, not this one. Edit: Thank you for addressing our previous review. However, we must clarify the situation. Yes we did arrive at 3.45pm for our 4pm scheduled play but were informed that the lane was running late, at 4:20 pm the lane became available so we headed there to start. No staff member notified us that the previous players left, lucky we kept an eye out. Additionally, it took an extra 10 minutes for the staff to clear the table, prompting our request. Not hygienic at all, the table was full of dirty plates and empty beer bottles. We simply ask for honesty regarding our experience, as the misrepresentation you are speaking of and your un-true explanation is concerning for the integrity of your business.

Extremely disappointed at the food services, we ordered two seperate times at the table for our two rounds of bowling. Beginning of round one with four people 3 sides and nachos took about 25 minutes to reach us and it was all cold. Decided to top up on two more items to share in hopes they’d reach us but not by a long shot game two is completely finished 45 minutes later and still no food. There is only two other groups in the facility a 45 minute wait and then cold food is just disappointing and not worth the money.
