Since we had never been to the Hyatt before we decided to treat ourselves for our anniversary. Very bad mistake! Sadly at over $300 a night for a Monday night it was truly disappointing and I feel extremely ripped off. The hotel is very dated and truly nothing special, just a plain 4 star hotel and the price should reflect this, we feel extremely tricked by the price point. To add insult to injury, we purchased the buffet breakfast at $82 where the disappointment continued, I have had a lot better for a lot less, the quality just wasn’t there. Wasn’t even any gourmet bread!!! Parking was charged at $30, but when we went to leave it said $20 on the screen, more robbery!!!! I truly hope the hotel will be refunding us the $10!?! I have never felt so robbed and mislead in all my life. Staff were amazing, easy going, friendly, helpful and always smiling, couldn’t be nicer. I give them 5 stars.

The hotel is aged but well maintained and staff are friendly and well trained. The restaurant, bar and room service is also good. Overall an excellent stay here for a conference. Bonus is they also have Tesla chargers. Unfortunately they are occupied by many non electric vehicles even though there are plenty of other spots- possibly as the EV signage and enforcement is insufficient. It will be better if EV signage and enforcement is improved. Thanks for the wonderful stay and looking forward to return again

Excellent stay at the Hyatt. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Had dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant and was very impressed. Can not complain about the customer service. Nice sized pool with plenty of pool beds to relax on.

Went to this hotel for a function in the Grand Ballroom. The food was tasty, but the meals were on the smaller side. The wait staff did their best, but their supervisors were a bit stiff. The place has an '80s vibe, which was fun, but it's stuck in a time warp decor-wise. It was an okay visit, but I'm not in a hurry to go back.

Rooms are dated however very clean. Service is excellent. Club Room is excellent. Staff in Club Room are so lovely and attentive. Samantha on Reception is a superstar and a total asset to the hotel . Christopher the Duty Manager took the time to chat to guests to ask for feedback which was such a nice touch. We booked an additional night we were so impressed, would definitely recommend this hotel, worth every cent and very enjoyable.
