This hotel is simply not 5 star. It would be barely a 4 star hotel. I also paid for a better room with a view. We were on level 5. We could only see buildings out the window. You got a restricted view of the Swan River if you looked sideways out the window. I think it's just a little deceptive. It was also a Wednesday night and the hotel was far from busy. If you are staying here long term I can see why it would appeal. But for a 1-2 night getaway I would definitely look elsewhere. The windows are dirty, the room is bland and old, the pool had a layer of body fat on the surface from not being cycled regularly enough. The staff were nice and the place is functional but would not stay here again.

I recently stayed here for a work trip for 7 weeks and I honestly can't recommend it enough! The apartment itself was wonderful with an incredible view of the river and gorgeous views of the sunset. It was clean, had everything I needed, was very quiet and the location was excellent. But the staff here were beyond fabulous! Nothing was too much trouble and they were all so incredibly friendly and personable. The cafe downstairs in the foyer was perfect and ideal for a morning coffee without having to wander to a cafe. I travel a lot with work and stay in a lot of company provided accommodation and Fraser Suites would rank as one of the best I've stayed in! Thanks for a great 7 weeks!

We made a last minute booking after checking into another hotel and immediately checking out due to extreme disappointment (hygiene, smell, size, view and general poor outlook and sub-standard. Fraser Suites staff were extremely helpful. Given the last minute booking, they indicated that they will need to move us to another room after four days, for the remaining 4 nights. Also, the room they found was on level 3. However, upon checking in, we were greeted with warmth and excellent service. The reception staff was amazing and, after hearing our story, she juggled a few bookings around and put us in level 11 with fantastic views and said that we don't need to move after 4 nights. AMAZING! The hotel night duty manager Vajira showed unbelievably generous hospitality to make my family feel welcome. The customer service he and his staff offered throughout our stay was second to none! Thank you Vajira and his amazing team. Thanks to you, we quickly forgot about the nightmare start to our holiday at the other hotel, and managed to enjoy it fully. I will be seeking out Fraser Suites at Adelaide Terrace next time I visit Perth. Highly recommended!

We spent two nights here as an end of 2024 as a staycation. We chose the 1 Bedroom apartment with complete facilities including laundry, dishwasher, microwave. Be aware that the restaurant on Sunday and Monday nights only run a smaller casual menu with no wait staff on duty. Food order is at the bar and the kitchen will send the food over when it's ready. We had booked a table expecting to have a nice dinner so it was a bit disappointing and we left and had to find dinner elsewhere. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay.

Have stayed here multiple times and always found it to be great value, quality rooms, great gym, and good location. Hotel was clean, but the room felt tired and in need of updating. Staff were welcoming, beds still very good and the coffee shop remains excellent
