Great location if exploring near Langley park. Not too far of a walk down to Elizabeth Quay. Food in the restaurant was amazing but very slow to come out. Rooms are great for 2 people not very accommodating for families. Swimming pool is fresh for a cool down and spa is nice and spacious perfect for relaxing.

We spent two nights here as an end of 2024 as a staycation. We chose the 1 Bedroom apartment with complete facilities including laundry, dishwasher, microwave. Be aware that the restaurant on Sunday and Monday nights only run a smaller casual menu with no wait staff on duty. Food order is at the bar and the kitchen will send the food over when it's ready. We had booked a table expecting to have a nice dinner so it was a bit disappointing and we left and had to find dinner elsewhere. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay.

Have stayed here multiple times and always found it to be great value, quality rooms, great gym, and good location. Hotel was clean, but the room felt tired and in need of updating. Staff were welcoming, beds still very good and the coffee shop remains excellent

It’s interesting how the best customer service this hotel offers is to the google reviews. Probably the worst customer service and management of issues I’ve encountered. The way stuff had talked and handled issues on the hotels end for clerical issues or miscommunication was awful, and not handled in one situation with any sort of professionalism. We also had someone sitting in the lobby till 5pm waiting to check in because they still hadn’t cleaned the room. However what I can say good about this place is the location and rooms were well cleaned/ modern

Once again Fraser Suites Perth delivered . This time it was for my wedding . The outstanding customer service by ALL staff , the care , provision of mirrors, chairs .. basically anything we needed was not a problem . I highly recommend Fraser and will state they are the BEST hotel in Perth . I would not stay anywhere else . Thank you for making my day extra special xxxx
