Dear Intercontinental Perth Team, I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at your hotel, which was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. As soon as we stepped out of the taxi, your staff promptly took care of our luggage, which was a great help. The welcoming touch of offering a glass of refreshing water was particularly appreciated on such a hot day. The reception team was not only polite but also incredibly friendly. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to our room, which was an unexpected delight. The room itself was spotless and very tidy, and we appreciated the complimentary drinks provided. Throughout our stay, every interaction with your staff was marked by genuine smiles and respect, making us feel truly welcomed and valued. Thank you for an unforgettable experience. Amazing staff. Spotlessly clean room and we received a full guided tour of the room explaining how and where all the light and controllers are. Very impressed and never had that anywhere in our World tour some years ago. Bed was extra comfy also. Concierge faultless for parking and delivering our car. Will not hesitate to stay again. In room food and restaurant food was awesome.

I had the pleasure of staying at the International Perth City Centre Hotel, and I must say it lived up to its five-star status in every aspect. The hotel is incredibly clean, with modern infrastructure that makes it feel both luxurious and comfortable. A special mention must go to Aniq at the front desk. His impeccable service truly set the tone for our stay. He went above and beyond, paying attention to even the smallest details to ensure our comfort. His warm and professional demeanor made all the difference, and we truly appreciated his personal touch in making our stay as enjoyable as possible. I will definitely come back again when I'm in Perth.

I stayed at this hotel with my family in December for 2 nights and booked a Club Room, which included access to the Club Lounge. During breakfast, a staff member informed me that since I had a child, I could use the evening cocktail service at the lobby lounge instead. They even asked if I wanted to make a reservation and confirmed it for December 22nd at 5 PM. However, when we arrived at the lobby lounge, we were told there was no reservation under my name. When I asked why, the staff dismissed the issue, claiming there were no seats available. They then offered us a seat in a corner near the kitchen, asking if we were okay with sitting there. The Asian staff member who assisted us showed no accountability or professionalism throughout the interaction, which was incredibly disappointing. I was with my child and didn’t want to make a scene, so we accepted the seat, but I was appalled by the attitude of the staff. This was a clear mistake on the hotel’s part, yet the staff handled it with indifference and no apology. This experience has left me with a very negative impression of the hotel’s service quality. I expected much better from a hotel of this level. I cannot recommend this hotel based on the attitude and handling of this situation.

Just came back right before the Xmas 2024, staff members were just great which is the biggest asset of the hotel apart from its location. One thing worthy to mention is their "Loft bar", so amazing and my partner and I were just fond of, knowing the Hotel cares about their guests enough to do something extra to please them. Bar staff member Anthony & Ryuji made our night wonderful and my favourite drink is "Mon Cheri". :)
