The decor at InterContinental Perth City Centre is simply stunning. Despite arriving at 1:00 a.m. after a long-haul flight from Europe, we were warmly welcomed by the concierge, and check-in was handled efficiently. We were relieved to receive an extended check-out, which made all the difference after such a tiring journey. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the beds are luxuriously comfortable. Highly recommend!

Reception area is very small and crowded during check in time Paid for “premium” city view, ended up with a room facing the wall? Do not fall for city view promises. The building is not tall and surrounded by high buildings from all sides so even the front rooms “city view” is miserable No pool Room was not cleaned properly. There was a chocolate/fruit plate on the table with another persons name??!! I assume it was meant for previous guest and since they havent eaten it the housekeeping just left it on the table. It got worse - I have found a pill AND A BANDAID (yes used one !!) under the bedside. Unacceptable. I ordered food via room service. After 1hr and 30 min and 3 follow up calls with reception it finally arrived. Stone cold. Absolute joke Lucky I was staying for one night only. Needless to say I will not be back. With more high quality hotels opening up in Perth this standard is simply not good enough. Do yourself a favour pay a little bit more and stay in the Ritz instead, you won’t regret it.

This is one of our favourite hotels in Perth. Perfectly situated in the heart of Perth, close to transport and all tourist spots and best restaurants and cafes in town. The service too is amazing! Such style and class. Very friendly and professional in all areas of the hotel. Our very minor feedback would be the club. Not everyone drinks alcohol, I think they club could have more options of food and non alcoholic drinks. The current coat is very expensive..not unless you drink alcohol, then if not, then there is no need to add the club since you can always visit the cafes and restaurants nearly.

InterContinental Perth City Centre delivers a luxurious stay with its modern, well-appointed rooms and prime location in the heart of Perth. Impeccable service, diverse dining options, and a vibrant atmosphere make it a top choice. While some rooms might lack natural light, the overall experience is exceptional, making it a great choice for discerning travelers seeking a blend of comfort, convenience, and sophistication.

Business and leisure hotel located in the heart of Perth CBD Superb hotel where we stayed for a total of two nights as a family with two young children. The twin room was large enough to accommodate us. Room is new and relatively clean. Great city view from one of the given rooms. What was outstanding is the level of service. Akash and Fish at the check in. The manager and staff at Ascua (apologies didn’t get her name) where we had two excellent dinners and where the specialty is charcoal grilled meats. The breakfast spread was perfect and had a great selection of cold cuts, fruit, hot food, juices. with an egg station. Anthony at the Bar Loft made some great cocktails. Highly recommend the hotel. The best place to stay in Perth city
