Hi there, staff were lovely and helpful, nothing wrong at all there. It's more the facilities and building which are very outdated. The water pressure is bad, the carpet is old, the light features in the lobby are damaged and dusty... The bed was very comfortable to sleep in I must say. I would be nice to have a broadcast for your phone option with the TV like most 4* have. The bathroom is very bare with no toiletries (cotton buds, toothpaste...). Management is trying to save money and it really shows. I hosted an event in the function rooms and had to request tablecloths for the catering tables. The round tables in the main room didn't have tablecloths either. That is not 4* level, 3* or 3.5* at best. What you see online is not what you get. Nice little hotel, well located, just not 4* as advertised.

Great stay and very central. Being an older building the room was a great size for the 3 of us. A few stains on the carpet let it down a little. Ammenities were good but gym and gym changing rooms need updating and very weird entrance to the pool/gym. Staff were friendly and always helped us out. Breakfast was expensive so we had that elsewhere. A great visit thank you.

Overall good stay. Room was large, even with a king bed. Clean, but decor was dated. Gown and slippers were a nice touch. Room service food quality was pretty basic. Issue with final bill where breakfasts were charged when they were included in rate, but they fixed it quickly.

Aircon was not working, we were boiling, and they could not guarantee us that switching rooms to could fix the problem so we didn't switch rooms and dealt with being in a hot room. Next morning the toilet stopped working and they did not have maintenance to fix it, and they lied and said they were fully booked out and couldn't switch our rooms, which I knew was a lie because why on earth would ALL rooms in Perth in September would be booked out, they just did not want to switch us to a better room despite the toilet literally not working - and I was right because right after they called us that we can switch rooms to a better room (I thought it was all booked out?). I didn't expect high quality but I at least expected things to work and that the customer service would go above and beyond but they did not until they could tell we were pissed. The only good thing was the heated pool but definitely not worth the stay again.

Hotel location is ok. Quieter side of the city. However the room is quite dated. Reasonably spacious for 4 people. Asked for shower cap and there was none. Shower head is fixed, bathtub have no plug. Manager tried to help but cant find the right one. could do with an upgrade for the bathroom.
