Had a weekend breakaway here for a couple of nights. We arrived early but were allowed to check in. From the moment we arrived, every staff member we encountered was friendly and couldn't do enough to help us. The room was spacious and immaculately kept. The heated outdoor pool was an added bonus. Great buffet breakfast spread. We've stayed in many Perth hotels, but this was by far our best experience. Well done, Pan Pacific staff.

Amazing hotel with perfect service. All the staff from concierge to maintenance were polite and very helpful. The experience of using the club lounge was first class. The staff were attentive, discreet and friendly. The food was well prepared and presented very well. We decided to have a weekend in Perth for our wedding anniversary and were so pleased we had chosen the Pan Pacific. It was truly relaxing and we will definitely stay again. Next time I think we will just stay in the hotel and enjoy the atmosphere.

We were given the old room when we checked in and found that the room was not properly cleaned (hairs in the bathroom and yellow stains on toilet bowl). We told the receptionist and she change our room to the newly renovated area. We were very thankful that the room change happened smoothly with her assistance. Breakfast was amazing. A solid 10/10. Room is nice and clean, shower water pressure 👍🏻. Gym is a little old but good enough. Pool is small but clean and nice. Overall very satisfied with the stay and thank you for the hospitality.

We had a great stay at Pan Pacific! The room was new and spacious and they have Balmain products which I LOVE so that was a nice surprise. The hand soap and lotion are Jo Loves which I’m not a big fan of, it’s super liquid and smells cheap like the body shop or something but not a big deal. The pool area is nice but small and doesn’t get afternoon sun but this wasn’t an issue as we were out exploring and at the beach. The location is central but quiet. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The only thing they could change is the parking situation. You pay $40 a night for parking which is pretty standard but you cannot come and go which means you pay $40 every time you want to use your vehicle. We opted not to do this and just paid $15 for the day (can come and go) at a nearby car park. Street parking is also free after 6pm and on Sundays. I’d recommend using the e-scooters to tour around as they’re fast and convenient. We would stay again when in Perth.

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay at Pan pacific for 5 of us. Best of the best is the staff there, thanks Mad at reception found us the best rooms. Thanks Andre at restaurants for the best service. Thanks the young fellow doorman helped us with all the luggages not just once, from check in to check out. We feel very warm welcomed and definitely will be back. 🥰
