We stayed here when we booked through Luxury Escapes for the two night package with fantastic inclusions. Great location and easy to get with public transport. Great value for money. The hotel has had a refurbishment and so the rooms were super clean and up-to-date. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great bathroom and shower. We had breakfast, afternoon tea and evening drinks with canapes which was actually a mini buffet and absolutely delicious

Nicely appointed after renovations. Only suggestion is a fan for the bathroom. Very friendly staff. Only disappointment was an impolite bar tender in the Hill St bar on Friday night. Location suited us because it was a relaxing walk to the busier parts of the city. Thank you Pan Pacific for an enjoyable weekend. We will be back again.

We were in a corner room which was very spacious. Bed was OK, pillows were soft, but there were different heights to choose from on our bed. Not a lot of draw space for clothing and we found the light configurations and switches confusing.

We’re currently staying here and have experienced many Club lounges in Perth and around the world, but I can confidently say this one stands out as exceptional. We’re excited to return once the Club lounge is fully completed—right now it’s hosted in Monty’s restaurant. The chef was incredibly warm and friendly, and popped out into the lounge to make sure everything was going well and explaining the wonderful food. From the moment we arrived, Marrja greeted us with such kindness and top-notch customer service—nothing was too much trouble for her. Every member of the staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping team and the barman, has been wonderfully friendly and efficient. The rooms are spotless and thoughtfully decorated. If anyone were to complain about this delightful hotel, I’d be surprised (and think them deluded) —they’ve truly thought of everything. One small suggestion: introducing a dress code in the Club lounge and perhaps limiting children’s access after a certain hour could make the experience even better. Will we be back? Absolutely, without a doubt!
