The Hovea Meeting Room is perfect for meetings and training for groups of up to 20 people. This venue features fully-fledged serviced apartments with in-built kitchens. This venue is the ideal location for corporate events ranging from conferences, to product launches and training seminars. This place offers four separate function spaces available for hire. These range from small classroom style spaces to large theatre spaces capable of seating up to 90 guests. Each of these rooms can be altered and furniture arranged to suit the style and scale of your corporate event.

Stay in a two rooms apartment & it was perfect for 3A2C. Even though furniture was dated but all the appliances works well- fridge/ dryer/ washing machine/ microwave /aircon/ kettle. Fans were provided for each room. Bathtub was a hit with my young kids. Tv has lots of channels. Location was right next to cbd so we have tons of options for food. Carpark is right downstairs. Only thing to note is there is no housekeeping over the weekends, and no toothbrush/ paste so do bring your own!

As a solo traveler in an unfamiliar city, this apartment hotel was a perfect home away from home. I chose the premium 1br apartment. Being able to cook my own meals in the full size kitchen was a huge plus, and in terms of cleanliness, coming from someone who is a bit of a self-confessed stickler for hygiene, the place was practically spotless (my compliments to the housekeeping staff). The bed was also incredibly comfortable and I always had a good night's sleep. 24/7 reception was also great to have and nothing I approached them with was ever too much trouble. I also found the carpark pretty easy to negotiate (I was driving a compact SUV).

This place is good for families traveling as it the unit I booked was a 1 bedroom. It was spacious with a full kitchen and a nice balcony view. The bed was 2 singles joined to make a big bed. The only issue I had with this place is that it’s about 10-15 min walk to closest dining or shops. It’s ok on the daytime but a bit nippy during the night especially when wind is blowing. If you don’t mind taking the bus to CBD area hopping on and off short distances within 10-20 mins is free

Stayed here for 3 nights after a long flight. Walkable to Perth Town Centre. Walkable to Kings Park. The room we had was next to a main road but was not noisy when the windows were closed.
