The room wasn’t the issue. It’s what’s in the room that was the issue. The room has a 14 inch TV. It was not a SMART TV but a TV with local channels. The TV was so small you had to walk up to the TV to read what it displayed on screen which showed on the other channels “ no data information”. Trying to read subtitles this pointless. If there was a movie on a regular - local channel with subtitles. The room was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, water pot, and a non-functioning safe due to lack of batteries. We requested a new TV and a smart TV. Since we arrived late that night we were informed that it would be switched out in the morning while we were out on our tour. When we returned from the tour, we found the same TV. We made another request. Day two and day three the same TV. Room Average size with dinosaur dated appliances. High- tech this hotel is surely not. Who has a TV anymore with just local channels and no options to log into your streaming devices or mirror to the TV. It was not until day three after 8 PM upon our return to the hotel that we were informed we could change rooms. What was the point? We were checking out for a flight in the morning. Bath towel situation – we took our two bath towels and one mat towels to the lobby to receive fresh ones. We were only given fresh towels. Floor mats were not readily available. You would think common courtesy would applied in this case and staff would bring it to our room. That didn’t happen. A major risk management issues on the hotels part. The showers are without a door. Just imagine, just imagine. Again we arrived late at night after our flight we walked down the outdoor hallways with our luggage to get to our room. The hallways lacked direction signs and lacked proper evening lighting. I used the flashlight on my phone. We walked up the first staircase to get to the second floor and walked down the walkway only to discover we had to return back to the first floor to walk further down the 1st floor hallway passing the quad to walk to the second staircase. There was a quad separating the 2nd floor hallway which did not allow access to the entire second floor walkway where our rooms were located. All this after a long flight, carrying our luggage, poor lighting and lack of direction signs. The hotel restaurant was open upon arrival. We grabbed a quick bite. The portion sides were large. It seemed that every meal came with some type of potato: mash, fries, etc. it did not matter which type you selected you received a huge portion of potatoes. I strongly suggest sharing your meal. However, salads were small to average size. Preparing was the average wait time or less to receive your meal . The pool area and pool was clean. It offered lounge chairs and there was pool towels in your room for usage. Strangely, there were no lifesaving devices available in the pool area. However, there was a very large sign stating “no lifeguards on duty” at any time. Overall, the hotel was very quiet. I’m beginning to question why? I would not recommend this hotel. It needs to come into current time period and address some risk issues before it’s too late. This review is out of my character, but I came too far from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania USA to have issue with my housing I’m paying for.

Lovely place. Huge heated pool, difficult to find a better one in town. The spa in our one-bedroom apartment was amazing! Place was spacious and clean! Good breakfast. Some stuff are getting a bit old and needs renewal. Wifi not really good as well. I recommend it though!

Stay there with work every month. The. Only reason. Stopped the "advertised" Buffett breakfast. Now takes an hour to feed our 10 crew, instead of 20 mins. Only real coffee machine has been " out of service for over a year" Charged me for meal did not have, said would refund.. that was mid last year.... Rooms ok. Bit dated.

Hotel is good with nice rooms and pool area. The location is average , far from town and far from beach. Service was okay in general. However we paid to have breakfast included for the family. Unfortunately parts of my family got the flu and was not able to go to the breakfast. I asked if I could take a simple plate to the room and was declined. It did not help to state that we have paid for the breakfast already. Any other hotel would be helpful in these cases.

The staff and very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast is tasty: We stay there for work and I highly recommend it.
