My 6 year old son and I stayed for 2 nights a few weeks ago. Just getting around to writing our review. I booked a studio room, and at check in was told by a lovely lady that we had been upgraded for free in a 1 bedroom apartment overlooking their big pool. Wow, the room was just gorgeous, everything in the room was perfect, corner spa and separate shower, massive bed, balcony overlooking the beautiful pool. Went for dinner in the restaurant one night and the food was lovely. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They organised my taxi to the airport for me. If coming back to Broome again I would definitely stay here. Perfect location. Bus stop very close. Should have got the ladies name at check in, she was excellent and very friendly. Hotel is good with nice rooms and pool area. The location is average , far from town and far from beach. Service was okay in general. However we paid to have breakfast included for the family. Unfortunately parts of my family got the flu and was not able to go to the breakfast. I asked if I could take a simple plate to the room and was declined. It did not help to state that we have paid for the breakfast already. Any other hotel would be helpful in these cases.

As our travel agent booked this we were hoping for a better room than down the end of the resort passed rubbish bins that were rank. Possibly the worst room we have stayed in, the air con rattled, so it was off all night and as we were on the street that door had to be kept locked. The air-conditioning was held together with duct tape as was the control to keep the batteries in place. There was no door on the shower, the floor flooded across to the hand basin. Using the pool, we found in need of a good clean, the bottom was dirty and debris floating around.

Great place, 2 large pools. Lots of rooms and space. Rooms are good sized. Restaurant is nice and large, indoor and outdoor areas. Lovely service.

The best thing is the friendly & helpful staff. The room was spacious & clean enough. Many things in Broome are expensive & I understand hotel cost reductions, but no complete shower door & no bathroom basin drain cover seem weird to me. Food is good. They don't have room service, but you can order from the menu as a takeaway (same $). I'd stay again mostly because the staff make it work.
