Very inconsistent with rooms and room service requirements. Had a pool view room which was very nice but then the aircon broke so I had to move rooms, the next room was the same design but very dirty, stains on the couch and walls, broken door handles, wasn't very nice....the room service which was daily didn't change my bed sheet for 3 weeks after I asked them to and told it was weekly, they were also very inconsistent with what they cleaned and changed out day to day, often short of things like toilet paper.

Pleasantly surprised by the room and service. Did not expect it to be that comfortable or spacious. Mega was the receptionist when I checked in and she was swamped but maintained her cool. Will attended to me at dinner service. Very polite and conscientious in taking my orders and made sure I was take care of.

We stayed here a few years ago and it was great. This time was a bit disappointing. The bathroom needs a good scrub. The quilt on the bed was disgusting. I approached reception first thing in the morning and asked if we could have a clean quilt. The following afternoon a quilt was put in our room, folded in the corner. This one was not much better than the one still on our bed. On a positive note, the staff in the restaurant were amazing, friendly and accommodating and there are great pool areas. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

Always a good stay here.. feel safe being here. Preferable the room that facing the pool or the inner side if you travel alone.

Security in the hotel is tight but don’t think it works. The surrounding compound looks like a prison setting. I had to park my car at the bag due to the limited spots which was still covered by surveillance cameras but my tires got slashed by 2 teens. Room had lots of lizards. Shower does not have hot water. Whole room is very dated. Hotel is a big maze, difficult to navigate around.
