This hotel had very helpful and friendly staff who were all pleasant to deal with. It is also located in a very good location about 7 minutes walk from Perth train station. The beds were equipped with both firm and soft pillows. And generally had most of the things a hotel of this budget would offer

Very memorable hotel, all staff and people here is amazing. The breakfast also super good, i love their nasi goreng. I stay for several nights for double queen-bed which could accomodate our stay with two childrens, it is super comfy. Thank you for giving us memorable stay in Perth.

Stayed here for two nights in March in a Standard Room with my family of four. Facilities and amenities in the hotel were good, though slightly old. It's also located within a few minutes walk to several food and shopping options, and transport nodes. What I loved most about this hotel is that it's very kids-friendly. Kids will receive goody bags during check-ins and meal times. If you are a guest in the hotel, a paying adult in the restaurant can lead to two kids eating for free. If you are driving, you can consider parking in His Majesty's Carpark (free from 6pm to 6am daily and free for 3 hours on weekends/PHs).

Centrally located in the Perth CBD, we stayed in this hotel to see Christmas Lights in the city. Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Service was good too.

The best part is the location as it is smack on the middle of the city with a lot of eateries as well as the ferry nearby. The room was clean and spacious and the hotel staff was incredibly hospitable and helpful as they provided us with an Australian adaptor to charge our iPhones as soon as I asked.
