The rooms are so nice and the beds are extremely comfortable. The lights were a bit confusing at first but once we found the switches it was much better. Staff are extremely friendly and patient. Breakfast buffet was also quite nice with lots of options to choose from. Overall it was a great night and definitely recommend staying at the Hyatt.

Stayed for one night as a special treat. Loved the hotel. Staff were so lovely. Hubby and I enjoyed drinks in the foyer sat night with an amazing father and daughter singing. Kids got a night swim in the pool. Breakfast was great with gluten free options. Can't think of anything to complain about.

Only one night at the Hyatt Perth and what a shame it’s closing 🥹 this is a stunning hotel if given a little bit of love. The staff are kind, attentive and very helpful. The club lounge has an amazing array of food and drinks with a beautiful view over the river. I would have love the opportunity to explore this amazing place and definitely would have been a return guest if the opportunity arose! I really do hope Hyatt keep this place and renovate it, it is absolutely beautiful. I’ve never stayed in anything quite like the Hyatt Perth, spectacular to say the least. It’s such a shame o can’t post some photos 😍

Good things: the staff are excellent, and the pool is great (although it could use a lot more shade). Dodgy things: The room had aged and not been updated. There were odd stains on the bottom of the bath and on the front of the counter in the bathroom, as well as a broken towel shelf. The shower dripped the whole time we were there, which isn't great considering the hotel makes an effort to tell you it's trying to 'save our natural resources'. The breakfast buffet was fine, but the Friday night dinner buffet was abysmal. Started at 6pm, we got there maybe 10 past 6, and the food was all cold and dry. And it was $69 for each person. With the quality of the food, I would have been disappointed to pay $30. $69 for what we got is horrendous (and not at all nice). All in all, if you just want a bed for the night, it's fine, but there are cheaper places that are closer to the city that are guaranteed to be way better quality.

Rooms are dated however very clean. Service is excellent. Club Room is excellent. Staff in Club Room are so lovely and attentive. Samantha on Reception is a superstar and a total asset to the hotel . Christopher the Duty Manager took the time to chat to guests to ask for feedback which was such a nice touch. We booked an additional night we were so impressed, would definitely recommend this hotel, worth every cent and very enjoyable.
