Stayed for one night as a special treat. Loved the hotel. Staff were so lovely. Hubby and I enjoyed drinks in the foyer sat night with an amazing father and daughter singing. Kids got a night swim in the pool. Breakfast was great with gluten free options. Can't think of anything to complain about.

Only one night at the Hyatt Perth and what a shame it’s closing 🥹 this is a stunning hotel if given a little bit of love. The staff are kind, attentive and very helpful. The club lounge has an amazing array of food and drinks with a beautiful view over the river. I would have love the opportunity to explore this amazing place and definitely would have been a return guest if the opportunity arose! I really do hope Hyatt keep this place and renovate it, it is absolutely beautiful. I’ve never stayed in anything quite like the Hyatt Perth, spectacular to say the least. It’s such a shame o can’t post some photos 😍

For ~$400 for a night, I expect more out of a hotel. - Parking is poorly designed with 2 EV chargers that didn't supply power - Check-in that took too long (waiting in a 20m line) - Every other card didn't work in the lift - AC at 16C was warmer than 16C (can't even open the window) - Room and bathrooms that are dated and in need of an upgrade - especially when you consider the standard cost of the room - Bathroom doesn't have an extraction fan, leaving everything misted up - Shower isn't suitably enclosed, leaving the bathroom floor soaking wet after a shower The good parts: - Bed was clean and comfy - Internet seemed fast - Breakfast was good (costs extra)

Stayed at the Hyatt for the WA Day, Amazing rooms and beds, I had the best sleep in a long time. Belle at the reception was really nice and helpful. When my brother was sick and spewed(my bad Hyatt), the staff were caring and did not seem annoyed at all. The room service lady amazing, room went from messy to a majestic in less than 5 minutes. Would appreciate if there was YouTube on the TV, but I understand if it’s not possible. Plus I watched MasterChef so it’s fine. Overall great hotel. Coming back for sure.

While walking towards the property, I wasn't expecting much after staying at the beautiful Hyatt Regency in Tokyo. However, the interior of this older property surprised me; it's all modern and beautifully decorated. The pool is particularly stunning, and there are also tennis courts and a sauna available. The cafe is amazing, and the entire interior design is very well done. I also loved the modern art on the lobby level. The staff were amazing, friendly, and very helpful.
