I and my husband had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The ambience, room is very clean and welcoming. Staff Anisa & Samy are very friendly and they really make sure we have a very comfortable stay. Excellent service and this hotel is a centre point to go around in Perth.

The hotel is excellent. The room is spacious, with two complimentary bottles of water. The bed is large and comfortable, and the pillows are great. There’s coffee and a kettle provided. The hotel is located right in downtown Perth, making it very convenient. The room is quiet and not noisy at all.

Good stay. Staffs are friendly. Even staying at level 7 still can heard loud laughter and shouting around. Beds are good. Toilet is good.

My first time staying in Holiday Inn Perth City Centre, which was an excellent choice. Besides the ideal location in the heart of the city, the guest service team made me feel welcome. From the time I made my booking online directly to their website, to making enquiry-correspondence with their reservation team, to finally checking in and staying 11 nights, the experience was amazing and hassle-free. The service team viz. Hannah, Sebastian, Shaun, Susie, Bao, Lana and Hazel actively assisted in meeting my expectations and requests. Holiday Inn Perth City Centre will definitely be my accommodation of choice if I ever revisit Perth in the future. Room 514

The hotel was ok, you are paying for location, which is unbeatable with comercial streets next block and the Quay Bay at 5 minutes walking down the road. The AC cannot be regulated and it is insufficient in a room south oriented, especially in summer as it makes the room unpleasant to rest during mid-day hours. Complimentary water only the first night, which I thought it was cheap but there is a refilling point at the ground level next to the elevator so in the end it is better environmentally, it would be good if extended to the rest of IHGs, to be honest.
