My daughter and I stayed 2 nights - I wished it had been a week. The room was immaculate with the bed super comfortable, the restaurant was first-class, and the service was exceptional. I had been concerned about the availability of car parking, but this was also adequate. I definitely will stay here again. Thank you particularly to the staff who were so helpful and courteous.

Great location, easy walking distance to city. Great idea to have bikes available as I really enjoyed riding along the bike paths beside the river. Pool is great for laps and on the front edge of the building, good views from there too. Maybe worth paying extra for rooms facing the river as the other side faces another apartment block. Some reverberations from heavy footed people above you and from people closing doors loudly.

Absolutely amazing experience, had the lovely Bino help us again. Came back due to him! They let us in our room early, have a smile on their face every time we go past. Absolutely lovely- we booked another night they were so amazing. Definitely coming back many times Thanks guys!

Beautiful views of the river from the balcony rooms 😍 The rooms are clean and comfy. Just a short walk to Elizabeth Quay and the city attractions. The breakfast and coffee was nice. The best part is the staff because they were always friendly and helpful! We loved our stay here for our anniversary ❤️

I will never stay here again. Although my stay was good, my Credit card had been charged for a transaction I had not authorized. When queried the transaction, they asked me to provide proof in writing. After 1 week of email communication, they stopped replying. The charge was for only $15 but it was the principle behind doing this. I have no trust in this establishment holding my credit card details (as per their booking policy) due to the reason cited above. If you still want to stay here, my suggestion is to keep an eye out on your bank statement for any transactions that were not authorized.
