A very high end hotel with an excellent pool facility. Unfortunately the buffet is good but not the same standard as the hotel. The food variety is huge but all the food is overcooked. I suspect they are trying to have lots of food ready for lots of customers by cooking in advance. Definitely filling, but not fine dining.

Went to see Dracula's sanctuary. Couldn't recommend it more and the theatre was extremely well planned. Even if you have a seat at the back you still grow great view. Would love to see another show here in this theatre

My review is for casino security! Complaint to Female Security Officer at East Entrance Date: November 8, 2024 Time: 10:55 PM After exiting through the east entrance, my friends and I asked a security officer for directions to McDonald’s. He informed us that we would need to re-enter the casino to get there. However, when we attempted to go back inside, the female security officer at the entrance denied us entry, claiming that I was intoxicated and would not be allowed back in to avoid any disturbances inside the casino. I want to clarify that I do not drink alcohol and have never consumed it in my life. I explained this to her multiple times and even offered to take a breath test to prove my sobriety. She refused, stating that she believed I was intoxicated based on the way I was walking. The only reason I may have appeared unsteady is because I was wearing high heels, which I am not accustomed to, and the floor near the east entrance is very slippery and shiny. Additionally, I was walking in the middle, holding hands with my friends, which is how we often walk together. In other words, her assessment of the signs of intoxication was inaccurate, as she hastily jumped to a conclusion without considering other possible explanations. Instead of evaluating all the factors, she assumed I was intoxicated based solely on my walk, overlooking other signs that would indicate sobriety. Despite my explanations, the security officer rudely insisted that my friends were “assisting” me to walk, implying I was too drunk to do so on my own. I understand that an unsteady walk can be a sign of intoxication, but there are many other reasons someone might not appear completely comfortable on their feet, including footwear and flooring conditions. She did not consider these factors and simply assumed I was under the influence of alcohol, without assessing other signs of intoxication, such as my speech or complexion. After this confrontation, I spoke to another officer to file a complaint. Throughout our conversation, the female security officer continued to interrupt by walking past and stating, “Yes, it’s me, it’s me,” in an unprofessional manner. This experience was distressing, especially as my friends and I are frequent patrons who visit the casino for dinner almost every weekend. We have never encountered such treatment before. I feel that the security officer’s conduct was rude, unprofessional, and based on an unfounded assumption. I fully respect the duties of security personnel, there is an expectation of professionalism and courtesy, especially in customer-facing roles. I believe all visitors to Crown deserve to be treated fairly and without prejudice. Judgments about a person's state should be based on clear evidence, not mere assumptions, as inaccurate conclusions can lead to negative experiences like the one we endured. The staff member's dismissive and rude approach left us feeling demeaned and unwelcome, which is the opposite of what I expect from a reputable establishment like Crown. We attend Crown frequently and expect a standard of service that prioritizes respect, understanding, and professionalism.

Visited this popular venue expecting to see the Giant Christmas Tree etc but NO just a small one in the Atrium area as I guess the Big Tree DID NOT EARN ANY MONEY so the space was taken with money earning things. The lounge area with the bar could do with new furniture as the lounge suites are SO LOW down, they are very hard to get up from and the Bar needs more staff as service was very slow. It may have been a Tuesday but the prices charged for drinks should easily pay for staff. Thats what happens when our great government just gives one venue the Casino Licence so they have no opposition

We stayed a total of 4 nights, we were getting married over the weekend, Crown resort was a great choice to stay at and get ready on the day. Staff were very accommodating with my make-up artist, florist with her delivery and our photographers. The concierges were fantastic helping with luggage and all our other requests. A wonderful experience that added to our beautiful day.
