We used Clifton's computer training room for a two-day workshop recently. This is what we found. The good: - The facilities are modern. - The room was large enough to accommodate for fifteen students. - The food was ok. The bad: - We specifically asked for the Student PCs to have an active licence of MS Office installed however this was an ongoing issue with PCs losing their MS Office activation (very disruptive) - Student PCs did not have a secondary screen mirroring the trainer screen/projector (this is common these days) - Students sitting on the last two rows struggled to see/read the projected content. Overall, we expected a more professional service and a better suited computer room.

I can only speak for the seminar room I was allocated, but it was fairly ordinary - dodgy air con was the biggest problem: we went from stinking hot to icy, to and fro all day. The catering was also very disappointing. It was not a disaster day for my group, but I certainly won't use this facility again - there are better options out there for the same money.

We had our AGM there last year, it was a disaster from the get go. The manager messed up our booking and there was no discount or apologies for that. Every detail of our booking was wrong on the day, no staff around to help either. We have been going here for the last 3 years, the old manger Peter always looked after us, but last years manger (I wont name and shame) absolute shocking customer service, the way she spoke to me, I was in shock. We have gone around the corner this year and we wont be back!! Its amazing how someone can turn a place around by bad leadership and bad customer service

Doing a computer exam at this venue and the room was SO HOT with NO ventilation. I asked repeatedly for the temperature to be dropped but it only got hotter as the exam progressed. Absolutely appalling conditions to sit an exam in.

Good conference facilities and training facilities. I was on the fourth floor and whikst not as good as Sudney and Melbourne it still provides sound facilities with good catering.
