Clients are greeted in a professional manner and offered complimentary tea and coffee. Spoke to Evelyn on the phone. Absolutely rude and patronising behaviour. She obviously had a bad day. I come from a business profession. I kindly asked if they had positions available for VA work as google search has listed Aspire for VA jobs. Evelyn will need to check why the company is listed for VA jobs on Google's search engine. After asking her to kindly explain what her company provides in detail as I might have been interested in further business but we have miscommunicated in the previous call, she cut me off with "what do you actually want" & " go to the website. " All she needed to do is choose her words wisely and speak to people in a better tone! But she questioned me so much as if I am some spy. Maybe check what cold calling actually means instead of insinuating I am from some company. Ignorant and unprofessional!

I recently needed some office space with good internet to participate in an online course. The team at Aspire were so accomodating and friendly. Evelyn made sure I had a great space to work in and Erica's beautiful welcomes at the door each day followed by a nice cuppa set the day up wonderfully. Parking was easy and I had everything I needed. Aspire is an awesome option if you need flexible office space.

Cancel your booking within 7 days of submitting your booking request for a full refund of any payment processed via VenueNow. If your event date is within 14 days of submitting the booking request, it will not qualify for this guarantee.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking free of charge, providing the event date is at least 3 days in advance. The rescheduled date is subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.
Cancellation
You may cancel your booking providing you give 5 days’ notice prior to the event date. You will not receive a refund unless permitted under the Peace of Mind Guarantee or Venue Rules. Further terms and conditions may apply under the Venue Rules.
