I had the pleasure of staying at this property while attending a course, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The staff at the reception went above and beyond to assist me, particularly after a long day. They kindly looked after my suitcase while I parked my vehicle, ensuring I felt well taken care of. The location is situated in a quiet area, offering a peaceful environment perfect for relaxation. The bar and restaurant provided a comfortable setting to unwind, with excellent ambiance and service. Overall, I would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay again if I need accommodation in Perth in the future.

This hotel is a gem of a place. My husband and I stayed here for one week visiting Perth. The staff were friendly, the restaurant was great, the breakfast was amazing. A big shout out to Richard, on staff, who was went out of his way and extremely helpful to make our stay very lovely. Oh and the rooms were huge! Having the free CAT buses right outside the door was awesome, we used them all the time to get in and out of the city. We would for sure stay there again.

I’ve recently stayed at other Holiday Inns around the world and they were much better than this location. Unfortunately this one missed the mark. The phone did not work in the room, the blow dryer didn’t work and was rusted, a dirty towel was left hanging in the bathroom upon check in. We asked for clean towels at 12 pm and no one ever came, so we asked again after dinner. The thermostat indicated that the filter should be changed, and we noticed that the air quality in the room was very poor. One out of two of the beds didn’t even have a proper duvet/comforter instead it had a spare brown blanket covered in two sheets and the shower drain was very dirty. The food in the restaurant was very poor, not seasoned, and one note. The waitresses checked on the other guests and didn’t check on us at all, poor service overall. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable. I had additional nights booked at this hotel later in the month but I’ve cancelled them and booked elsewhere.

Nice hotel with cozy breakfast area. The rooms were not as hot as the City Centre one, where the AC cannot be regulated and it is insufficient in a room south oriented. The buffet was better at the City Centre twin hotel, however still correct. Quiet neighbourhood, 26 minutes walking down to the City Centre walk, so you can choose between a nice walk or a 21 AUD taxi.

My wife and I stayed for a few nights. The rooms are nice and big and well thought out washrooms are good as well. We had a very great experience staying at the hotel the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel Manager was very friendly and helpful when we asked for help in guiding us as this was the first time we have visited Perth.
