This hotel is a gem of a place. My husband and I stayed here for one week visiting Perth. The staff were friendly, the restaurant was great, the breakfast was amazing. A big shout out to Richard, on staff, who was went out of his way and extremely helpful to make our stay very lovely. Oh and the rooms were huge! Having the free CAT buses right outside the door was awesome, we used them all the time to get in and out of the city. We would for sure stay there again.

Nice hotel with cozy breakfast area. The rooms were not as hot as the City Centre one, where the AC cannot be regulated and it is insufficient in a room south oriented. The buffet was better at the City Centre twin hotel, however still correct. Quiet neighbourhood, 26 minutes walking down to the City Centre walk, so you can choose between a nice walk or a 21 AUD taxi.

My wife and I stayed for a few nights. The rooms are nice and big and well thought out washrooms are good as well. We had a very great experience staying at the hotel the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel Manager was very friendly and helpful when we asked for help in guiding us as this was the first time we have visited Perth.

Check in was a nightmare. Booked via booking.com albeit the hotel could not find our reservation. What was bizarre is that I spoke to someone from the hotel a couple days earlier and they also sent me a email check in email. The two girls behind the desk were lovely and very helpful. The male manager, was incredibly rude. Very condescending and his attitude stunk. He kept saying, this is “weird, this has never happened before” as if we were at fault. I had full booking confirmation and details but the manager attitude was disgraceful. I felt really sorry for the two girls behind the desk. Even the way he spoke to them was disgraceful. We ended up getting checked in about an hour after we rocked up. There was then a card incident were the manager was incredibly rude and snatched the card machine away from his colleague. My wife and I were in absolute shock. Thanks to the two lovely ladies who were incredible. To the male manager, fix your people and management skills.

Rooms were nice enough, but specially the bathroom had hostel standards…and very difficult to regulate hot water together with low water pressure. On top of that aircon was magically switching on in the middle of the night leaving me freezing in the morning
