Reviews for Holiday Inn West Perth

Holiday Inn West Perth offers comfortable, modern rooms with helpful staff. The location is convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. While some rooms might be compact, the hotel's rooftop pool and gym are great bonuses. Overall, it's a solid choice for travelers seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Perth.

First time visiting Perth, travelling for business and was put up in the Holiday Inn, West Perth. Nice hotel and friendly staff. Rooms have everything you need with comfy beds, up to date tv and modern bathrooms. No microwave though! I even had a nice view of the city from my room which was a great surprise. It’s about a 15 minute walk to city and even closer to the botanical gardens. A great location for my travels! I had breakfast included and it was amazing! Unlimited tea/coffee, fruits, pastries, cereals plus I could choose one breakfast item off the menu. Only disappoints would be no balconies in bedroom, the toilet wasn’t flushed when I arrived (kinda gross), no proper or secure parking on site. I had no hot water in the morning on the first day but overall, it was pretty good stay.

We stayed in Holiday Inn west Perth for 3 Nights. Being a platinum club member of IHG group I can say that it was my worst experience. 1) Reservation staff very rude and unprofessional in their communications 2) Room service will keep on knocking the door untill you run and open the door ( very basic manners missing). Looks like they using too many training staff to run their hotel. 3) There are literally very limited options in breakfast for vegetarians. 4) There are no food options you can order at your room from hotel and most of time their kitchen is closed Thanks Holiday Inn west Perth for letting us move from IHG to other better hotels!!!!

This was perfect for our needs. The bed was very comfortable with a decent shower and plenty space for our suitcases. Location wise it is a couple of kms away from all the main action but an easy walk down through the town to the centre. There are plenty options available nearby with bars, restaurants and shops around the hotel, there is also paid parking a 2 minute walk away which is easy to access and very avaliable. Breakfast was also excellent, a limited continental offering but you get tea or coffee and 1 main meal off the menu we had the wrap and eggs benedict great portion sizes and very tasty.

What a fantastic Hotel the Holiday Inn West Perth is. Check in was a very smooth experience and the foyer of the hotel is very welcoming. The staff were very professional and helpful. My room was fabulous - king size bed which was super comfortable, a little fridge with tea making facilities and adequate space to store my business clothes for this occassion. I even use the iron and hair dryer. The shower has two options, a normal shower and a rain shower. The hot water takes a little while to get there but when it does it's perfect. There is television and all of the basic facilities you need for a hotel room, but what impresses me is the convenience to the city and the little gem of a cafe restaurant that is attached to the Holiday Inn. An original 1902 house has been integrated into the hotel and you enter from the main foyer, back in time to this beautifully restored federation home that would have graced Perth back in the day of horse and carts. Julio's Italian restaurant was a fabulous place to catch breakfast before attending business meetings. One evening I enjoyed an antipasto platter very reasonably priced and satisfying. All in all I can totally recommend Holiday Inn West Perth, convenience, location, comfort and accessibility to the City and business.
