We had a free entry to a NBL 1 game and we were then told that we were quote on quote “sneaking in” even though it was free entry. We then told to “go home” repeatedly and the employee wouldn’t even let us speak our reasoning. We were extremely confused because we were told by another employee that we were allowed to play and that there were others on the other half of the court who walked in with us, so while we were getting bombarded with comments telling us to go home and leave, others were casually playing around and having the fun that we missed out on. We were then told that they do not want us there. Although we didn’t understand and faced an extremely wrongful accusation, we picked our heads up and left. This was a frightening and unwelcoming experience for that we wish to never have to face again.

I enjoy the venue. I come during the day on weekdays for badminton and pickleball. The venues are bright, clean and tidy, staff is friendly too. If there's one downside, I'd say because I play racket sports, the brightness is causing the blinding reflection on the floor and the sunroof produces alternate brightness, ao when I'm playing badminton, the shuttle will fly between visible and invisible, I actually find it amusing. It's not a big deal for me as I'm a social player. Being across a shopping centre is a big plus too.

Really good club! Works excellent with many different teams and age divisions. Parking is quite crowded but is across to Southlands, perfect for Boba after a victory 🙌
