There are a few steps involved in booking an event at Hotel Realm and the VenueNow team are here to do the heavy lifting for you.

Firstly, contact the VenueNow team by submitting an enquiry or speaking to one of our team members online or over the phone. We'll need to collect a few details from you, such as your:
- Event type
- Number of people attending
- Preferred event date & time (and if this is flexible)
- Budget (per person or total)
- Room layout
- Food and beverage / catering requirements
- Any other requirements

Once we've gathered these details, the VenueNow team will contact the team at Hotel Realm to check:
1) Can they host the event on your preferred date / time? If not, what are some alternate dates / times?
2) What is the estimated cost based on your event requirements?

This process tends to take around 1 business day on average to receive a response from the venue. Once we've received a response, the VenueNow team will contact you as soon as possible.

If you're happy with the proposed price and dates / times, the VenueNow team will connect you with Hotel Realm to finalise your booking (which may include a site visit if you choose to do so).

VenueNow provides this service free of charge to you as we are paid a small fee by Hotel Realm if you book via us.

National Ballroom

The High Courtyards are architecturally designed around the fundamentals of elegance and style, connected via our undercover and an internally-heated outdoor Courtyard Terrace.

At Hotel Realm, we provide our customers with the best boardroom facilities in Canberra. All of our rooms boast natural light and exceptional IT accommodations. Whether you're looking for a large or small space, we have four different boardrooms that are sure to fit your needs.

Brassey Gardens

Canberra's historic Brassey Hotel has seen many events on its grounds. The beautiful gardens can now be used for weddings, with a capacity of up to 80 guests at one time!

This is your next Friday night restaurant! Buvette Bistro is a quaint little bistro with an excellent selection of wines, tapas-style starters and desserts. The menu changes seasonally but there are always some great choices for everyone to enjoy!

Maple + Clove Wholefoods

Maple + Clove is a wholefoods café offering takeaway coffees, nutritious meals and healthy smoothies. With an emphasis on nourishment for the body and soul, it is the way food should be. Made fresh on the premises daily, expect quality ingredients rich in antioxidants, natural low GI sweeteners and good healthy fats. This restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and light fare.

Realm Room

Our Realm Rooms boast luxury and comfort in every detail. From custom-made beds with fine linen to Nespresso machines and wellness centre access, we have everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. Our rooms can accommodate a maximum of two adults with either king or twin beds upon request.

Realm One Bedroom Suite

Our Realm Suite is perfect for longer stays, with a kitchenette and a washer/dryer. King or twin beds are available upon request, for a maximum of two adults. The suite includes complimentary Wifi and Nespresso coffee machines in each room as well as access to wellness facilities.

Two-Bedroom Residence

Perfect for a family or a group of four, the Two-Bedroom Residence is your home away from home. Experience luxurious apartment-style accommodation, with a spacious living area, balcony, and fully equipped kitchen.

Upper House Penthouse

The architecturally designed Upper House suite is perfect for discerning guests looking to experience luxury. The open-plan penthouse boasts a gas fireplace and balcony with panoramic views of the Parliament House, which makes it an ideal place to relax after exploring Canberra's atmosphere!

Lower House Penthouse

The Lower House suite is a luxurious penthouse with an open-plan design that captures the views of Parliament house. Although elegant and modern, it maintains its traditional style; twin fireplaces can be found in both the lounge area as well as the bedroom while granite bathrooms complete this spectacular space!

Check-in at Hotel Realm is from 14:00, and check-out is until 11:00.

If you are planning to arrive after 8:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Travel history (such as showing passport immigration stamps) and/or a complete health declaration may be requested by the property. Late night/Early check-in and late check-out subject to approval.

Car parking is available at Hotel Realm, with the following fees:

-Self-parking fee: AUD 15.00 per night (in/out privileges) 

-Valet parking fee: AUD 20 per day (in/out privileges)

-Extended parking fee: AUD 15 per night
