We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite for 1 night. When we arrived we were greeted by lovely receptionists and even offered an apple to my son. The lobby was nice same with the room when we entered. It was spacious and we really like the layout. We didn't getthe chance to check the room as we had to go out. When we came back at 6pm, the parking was full as there was an event in the hotel. I parked outside and had to moved my car at 9pm in the car park. I have a son who is nearly 2 and who loves to play around. While I was preparing our stuff, my son was pretty quiet and I noticed that he was checking something underneath the couch. It was a dead cockroach which he almost played with it. Not small cockroach though. Afterwards, my wife found out that 2 of the 3 towels have hairs on it. Because of these, we're no longer at ease with the cleanliness of the room and we don't know if the towel had already been used. I mentioned it to the staff and offered to do some cleaning checks.

Never stayed in a nicer hotel for this price before. Room was gigantic and extremely nice. Bath and bathroom were both very large and bed was comfortable. Parking in carpark is free on weekends and can park on the street around the corner on weekdays for free for 2 hours.

Very nice place for holidays. We spent 1 night which was not enough but we enjoyed alots. I have stayed on many 5 stars hotels but i found must comfortable bed in this hotel. Bed was beyond perfect đź‘Ś. Front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming. But need bit focus on bathroom shower especially bottom parts(started to get mouldy) . Rather than that we enjoyed. Now it will be on our list every-time when we visit Canberra. Thank you

We stayed in a suite, good size rooms with balcony a bonus. Beds were comfortable, however there were tears in our bed linen. Our shower also had a bit of mold, and the air conditioning did not work effectively on the coldest setting with highest fan. Obviously this wouldn't be an issue in winter. Restaurants and bars nearby, good location.

Exceptional Stay at the Realm Hotel – Highly Recommend! This was our second staycation at the Realm Hotel, and once again, everything was superb. Our suite was incredibly spacious, and the newly renovated bathroom was beautifully done. As always, the bed was exceptionally comfortable & the room was quiet, making for a restful stay. We dined at both Ostani and MED—fantastic food, drinks, and ambience at both venues. The standout, however, was the service, the Hotel staff are exceptional, their training must be outstanding because every interaction was professional, friendly, and welcoming. A truly seamless and enjoyable stay—highly recommend!
