I spent 3 nights at Hyatt Canberra and their staff absolutely bring their A game in service, every one of them. All of them smiled and greeted me, even just walking by. Best service I've had at a hotel in years. It had been a long time between visits to the Hyatt Canberra and it was wonderful to see this heritage hotel so well maintained. The rooms are beautiful, food was excellent. My only feedback is that I couldnt see any soup on the room service menu and would have liked some, as i was somewhat unwell during my stay.

Perfect. We enjoyed a cup of tea and a cake in the gardens. The ambiance was perfect, tea and cake purrfect, great friendly staff, not sure what else you could expect. We will be back.

We had the opportunity to enjoy a family celebration in the Federation Hall. The building is beautiful and well maintained. It is one hundred years old as a building and the 1920's style is attractive and appealing l. The food served at the function was excellent. The service was friendly and helpful. The parking was plentiful and the signage within and without was good. All in all a great experience.

It’s always a pleasure when staying in Hyatt Canberra. However I have to say the professionalism and kindness Rowena have been showing since day one is absolutely amazing. After a long day and ending it at Hyatt with Rowena helping at front desk check in is such a pleasure. Her kind smile, warm nature is exactly what presents a one-of-a-kind luxury hotel. Thank you for all you do for us Rowena! I truly hope management sees this and appreciate her as she is such a gem!
