Nice place for some quality seafood. Service could be a little better with speed of service. The dory had a nice crispy skin, but probably slightly over cooked as a result.
It's a warm night in Melbourne, so we came into town to see the Christmas decorations in the CBD, Southwark, and Crown Melbourne. Unfortunately, all of the were a major disappointment and not at the same standard as in previous years: hopefully, they might improve next year.
Me and the fam went to have breakfast buffet at The Conservatory and it came upto 138$ for 2 adults and a 11 year old. Pretty happy with the selection except the waffles which I think is from Coles. Come on Crown, get a Kmart or Kitchen Warehouse waffle maker. Loved all the choices, yummy and filliing. Where did crown lose a star, $50 parking, felt my car also ate 🤣. Next time tram in, eat and tram out 🙂
I only drank some cocktails here with some work mates. $25 cocktails. They were ok. Of the 8 or 10 on the menu, two were unavailable because ingredients were finished. And the lady serving was, um, a bit at the end of her shift. I get it, just odd for a billion dollar joint. We had eaten at the Conservatory which was top notch.
Enjoyed our visit, was very quiet when we visited but it was a Monday night. The service were fantastic the staff explained how to play games and even though we didn't play big, they still treated us like everyone else. Thank you, we will come back with families and friends. We love you Melbourne!
