I’ve stayed here before (2015), had a business function, had my companies located in the Marine Village and been a Hope Island resident for many years. This visit (3 nights) I found the room (K suite) to be exceptionally clean and comfortable. Beautiful decor. It poured the night I arrived however buggied help was almost immediately available. Staff have been very courteous. Their green policy is great, helping to save our precious resources.
Exceptional service from all the staff at the Intercontinental Sanctuary Cove. A beautiful hotel, with excellent facilities, with most things repaired and in running order just days after a cyclone. The pools are beautiful, the restaurants and bar great and it’s very close by to other marina restaurants and shops. What stood out was the customer service. Text message check ins and quick responses were brilliant. Loic in particular showed personalised service and care not often found in hotels nowadays. He looked after my family when one of our members had a bit of an emergency. Really exceptional stuff. Thanks to the whole crew!
InterContinental Sanctuary Cove hosted our wedding and were absolutely fantastic! Lisa, our co-coordinator made sure we were well looked after and that the whole day ran flawlessly. The chapel is absolutely stunning! We'll be coming back to re-live these cherished memories and highly recommend the team if you're looking for a memorable wedding venue.
Exceptional service from everyone. Was so refreshing to be treated so well by a business , something rare these days unfortunately. From check in, While we were there & even post check out with a follow up email. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in while away. The facilities in some areas need some maintenance (it is an old resort) but the rooms were clean and updated. Even though not in the heart of the GC ; still gives that holiday vibe. Highly recommend & will definitely stay again.
Stayed here for my birthday. The room wasn't ready when we arrived, so we were told we could leave our bags at the concierge, and they would bring them to our room and call us when it was ready. We roamed around but never received a call, even hours later. So, we went back to the front desk and spoke to another staff member, who told us the room was ready—they had just forgotten to call us. When we arrived at our room, our bags weren’t there, so we had to go back again to get them. Our room was at the far end of the resort, which was very annoying. The room itself was alright—a bit dated but clean. Nothing special. The pools were great, honestly the best part of our stay. Our room includes breakfast, and the spread was decent but a bit cramped. The options weren’t the best, and I’ve had better, but I did like the area where you could make your own fresh juice. Overall, this hotel didn’t really feel like a five-star hotel and wasn't worth the money we paid at all. It’s good for families and those playing golf, but i wish we spent the weekend somewhere else.
