I've only been with Services Offices International for the past 6 months, I am so impressed with Roland, that took charge of my initial contact, and setting up my business up in their Building. Then the reception team, that answer all our clients calls, I'm given immediate emails of the contact. Even my clients are saying how professional MY receptionist is, as my client's are unaware that I'm operating a virtual office. A big thank you goes out to the girls behind reception, THANK YOU!!! Then the technology that supports their system, when after hours calls come in, I immediately receive an email with the voice message attached. That is amazing. So I'm not losing any business, and in fact my business in growing because I have SOI to answer the calls that I would not normally answer. I used the services of SOI on Kent St from 2209 when I started my business in Sydney, till 2021, when I fully retired. I rented an office full time for about 10 years and then went virtual until finally stopping work.At all times it was a great place to be. As a solo operator, it was good to have everything well-handled, including client reception, kitchen facilities, meeting room hire etc, so I could just focus on my client work, and leave the rest to the capable and helpful staff there. The administration and billing procedures were first class, and I always felt like they cared about my wellbeing. I would recommend SOI to anyone.

The staff take great pride in serving my clients. It is great to have the personal touch after spending years with some of the bigger players in Chatswood. The office conveniently located with the Metro across the road and plenty of parking. It has a lot of natural light, you don't feel like you are stuffed in a box and the atmosphere is very welcoming.
