We went to the restaurant on a Friday evening without booking, in a group of 12 people. Luckily we were offered a big table in just 5 minutes. Food was pretty good. The beef cutting show was quite a gorgeous one which they also invite one of us to spray salt on it which was quite interesting. Yet it was quite expensive. It would be good for group meal or company team building dinner.
Hands down the best steak in Sydney! Eastside Bar & Grill has quickly become one of our top steak spots. From the moment we walked in, we're provided a warm welcome and detailed steak menu insights. Davide, the Ops Manager, and the team were just fantastic! The grass-fed Tomahawk was a standout, especially with their $98 Tomahawk Tuesday deal we lucked out on. The beef brisket, slow-cooked for 3 days, was melt-in-the-mouth perfection. We don't normally eat fries or bread, but the Wagyu fat sweet potato wedges and focaccia were made differently and also deliciously so was so worth the try! With its cosy, candle-lit atmosphere, we’ll definitely be back!
We had a work function upstairs at Eastside Bar and Grill end of January. I want to say the biggest thank you for Davide and the team for looking after us. The service was so incredible, Davide helped find all our guests with dietary requirements, the food was absolutely delicious and lots to share! The service for drinks was amazing as well, the staff were attentive to everyone's orders and there was never an empty glass in sight. Really appreciated all the support from the restaurant prior to the event to make it a smooth evening and looking after all our guests. We went a little overtime, and the staff were so accommodating for some of the guests to stay back and enjoy the venue and drinks. 10/10 experience!! Thank you and see you next year!
First time dining here and we came to try the free flowing steak cuts honestly after all the food you could roll us out of the door 100% recommend this place the staff were sweet and super helpful explaining the cuts of meat and consistently checking if we needed top ups perfect for date night
Really enjoyed the butchers banquet A great selection of meats and the sides were great Had a really tasty martini The brisket was a little fatty but plenty of other meats to enjoy
