My partner and I recently celebrated our engagement party at The Woodlands, and the night was nothing short of perfect. From start to finish, the experience exceeded our expectations. Tina was absolutely wonderful throughout the planning process; supportive, responsive, and always accommodating. While a few details were finalised a little later than expected, everything came together beautifully and ran smoothly on the day/night. Tina was also incredibly helpful during setup, making sure we had everything we needed. On the night itself, Waleed and the entire team were outstanding. Their professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness truly made the event special. So many of our guests commented on how friendly and helpful the staff were. The food was another highlight, absolutely delicious and widely complimented by our guests. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better venue. If it could accommodate the number of guests we’ll have at our wedding, we wouldn’t think twice about hosting it there as well. Highly, highly recommend The Woodlands for any special event.

Absolutely amazing experience at The Woodlands, Harrington Grove! I had the pleasure of attending an event at The Woodlands just last week, and I was genuinely blown away by the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was beautifully organised. The event coordinator clearly had everything under control, and the managers were attentive and professional, making sure everything ran perfectly throughout the night. The staff were exceptional, so friendly and efficient, always checking in with a smile and making everyone feel welcome and looked after! The food was absolutely incredible! Every dish was beautifully presented and tasted amazing!! The Woodlands is a stunning venue with top-tier service. As a guest, I was truly impressed and would absolutely recommend it for any special occasion!

Attended a Wedding Reception here on 24/4/25. We were very disappointed by the poor quality of food. It was terrible. Some of the service was questionable. We asked for a plate to put a slice of wedding cake on. "No you can't have one. Use a serviette!" Not acceptable.

Beautiful place to get married! We were very impressed and happy with the service provided by Woodlands both in the lead up to and on the day of our wedding! We absolutely loved the bushland backdrop for our outdoor ceremony and the function room was just as special with so much natural light and greenery views through the big glass doors. The catering and bar was tailored to our exact wishes and the staff on the night were so accommodating. The events staff were easy to work with, contactable and took the time to understand our vision and help us make it happen, esp in the short timeframe we had ! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a function room for any occasion, but especially a wedding.
