The room was exceptional, clean, bed was great and very comfortable. The staff can't be faulted in anyways, we went into dining room(which they were going to close, as no patrons) and they kept it open just for the 2 of us. Food was exceptional. Truly a great place to stay, will definitely stay again if back this way

Our Go To place to stay in Albury Room was inviting and clean and bed was extremely comfortable Food was delicious and serving size excellent . The best room service meals we've had for dinner and breakfast Staff were very friendly and helpful in reception and the restaurant YouTube on the TV was perfect for our son

Unless you get an apartment the rooms are really small, and if you’re not in the main building, the rooms don’t actually have windows you can open or look out of. No housekeeping on Sundays, so beware when staying a long weekend. Sometimes they close the restaurant but won’t let you know until you arrive and after you’ve paid- so proceed with caution here!! Would not recommend for a family! It’s a fair walk with little kids to get to dinner/breakfast etc if you don’t want to sit in your tiny little cell room.

LOVE this place! I've been staying here occasionally for years. I often travel interstate for leisure or for work and will even go out of my way just to spend a night here. I have never had a problem or complaint. The staff are always wonderful. The rooms are exceptional! Last time I stayed here, I literally slept like a baby. I disappeared into the amazingly comfortable king bed. The little restaurant is beautiful and the food had always been amazing! I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Everything is good, clean room and modern amenities. The reason for the 4 starts is the wrong directions we were sent to find and access our room. At 12:30am after a 7 hour drive, we spend an additional 20 minutes finding our room, it was not in the second building as the check-in message advised, and was a little frustrating after a long drive…
