Place is quite hidden, it’s beside oakley and you have to take a lift to the 4th floor! Staffs were super friendly and fun to talk to! Me and my friends went there for the first time and one of the staff guided us through it smoothly! We played the secret mission escape hunt and we had a blast! The timer was for an hour and the rooms were really cool! Clues were findable and overall the game was really fun! Definitely going back and trying out all their themes again!
We did the Bank Heist and it was a real battle at some points which made it all the more rewarding when we solved the last part right at the end of our time. The set-up is great inside and while we've only done one puzzle it seems there's a great spread of options for all types of groups. When we were there on a Sunday lunchtime a group of kids about 12 was finishing their experience and they all seemed to have had a great time. The staff (especially Kevin who was our main liaison) were terrific, friendly and helpful. We'll be back for sure. If you're looking for a Sydney escape room you'll definitely have fun here. Thanks to the team 🙏
I did the legend of the sword escape room with my friends as a bonding experience and it was definitely a really fun time. The room looked amazing almost as though we were actually sent back to medieval times and the puzzles were challenging yet very fun. It was great having Ilesha there as the person supervising us as she was always willing to help when we were stuck and needed a clue. Will definitely be back with more friends and family as I highly enjoyed my first escape room experience!!
Kevin was our games master, he was very friendly and made our experiences enjoyable. The game was complex yet fun, we really enjoyed thinking outside the box to solve the unique puzzles and riddles. 10/10 would recommend.
Overall disappointing to what should have been a wonderful escape room experience. We did Legends of the Sword. The good: - Friendly staff. - Well decorated room that isn't overly reliant on padlocks. Good story. - Clean facilities and yes, you can enjoy a beer after. The bad: - Disorganised from check-in, staff running the rooms weren't aware of our booking. Room wasn't prepared. - One of the clues was missing and was not put back during the rushed room reset. Staff had to rush in and hand us the clue. - Way too much given away during the briefing, spoils the magic of the experience. - The room splits the group in half for most of the game only coming together briefly at the end. - Electronic puzzles pretty much rely on the same magnetic switch mechanism. Update: I normally don't respond to owner's reply but judging from extensive essay, seems pride was hurt and I didn't exactly appreciate the dismissive tone somewhat discredits the customer. Our group was not a walk-in, though if you define calling to booking several hours in advance (rather than online) as an inconvenience to you team, then yes sorry. The staff on the game level had no idea who we were, despite having already paid and told by the reception staff to head upstairs. The clue was missing, your staff confirmed and apologised on the night because the person responsible went home. The clue was not put back and already in the tree, where it should only be after solving the puzzle, please check facts. The remaining comments are really you say I say, from a customer perspective who has done escape rooms before. Just an opinion piece, take it or not it's up to you. But genuinely, regret if any feelings were hurt.
