Stayed 3 nights. All staff were amazing especially Moss the hotel manager, he made us feel very welcome, looked after us like family. Room was great, had a pull out for my partners 15year old and he was very comfortable. Great bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Highly recommend this hotel if you like historic buildings and maybe want to spot a ghost, this if for you!

Beautiful and relaxing place right in the middle of The Rocks. Comfy beds and a 5 min walk from Circular Key station. We ate at the Middle Eastern restaurant downstairs for dinner and it did not disappoint. Great vibes and food.

Rooms were clean and adequate. Some rooms have a nice view. Most important to us was location, service and noise level. Easy walk downhill to the harbour and many nearby amenities. The staff are very helpful and easy to talk to. Complementary iced tea when you arrive. Only drawback (if you are walking) is taking your luggage up hill from the harbour but it is still closer than most hotels. NOTE: There are no elevators at this hotel, only a service lift for luggage.

Location was easily found and accessed. The images displayed on the website did not correlate to the rooms. The room quality is not comparable to the prices. A queen room was booked with only a double sized bed. When reception was asked they were very dismissive stating that it was a queen size room. I definitely expected better service and better bedding considering the prices paid.

Stayed for 4 nights. It was a good experience overall, but there was one person at reception, whose name may be Josephine, that may require additional training or even a job change. She was unfriendly, unhelpful, and treated people differently. All the other staff members we met were nice and made us feel welcomed though.
