This is a treasure! The location, rooms and amenities are great. But the staff…simply the best! Everyone was so gracious and helpful. Whether is was checking us early after a long flight, arranging transportation, suggestions for places to go, and restaurant reservations, the staff went out of the way to make our time in Sydney special. Can’t recommend Harbour Rocks highly enough.

Lovely heritage hotel. Room spacious clean and comfortable. Showroom quite small but adequate. Staff very helpful we were given a ground floor room as there is no lift. Great location. The restaurant on site was exceptional.

I will always hold this hotel close to my heart, as it was the first location my best friend and I stayed at when I started working in Sydney. With only a short walk to the Orient, The Rocks Markets and not to mention also close to Circular Key and the Opera House, its definitely a great location for someone that wants to site see and enjoy the local culture. As a photographer, Im always infatuated by architecture and the history behind buildings, and your staff were so welcoming to answer any of my questions. Thank you as well for allowing me to take photos during my stays (and not finding me bizarre when I'd asked for permission to lay on the floor to take this photograph). I always recommend your hotel to friends and always make a point of mentioning the amazing customer service you provide to your guests.

Location excellent. I think the hotel is ok, but our room was average at best. We were right by the luggage lift so it was super noisy. Also I know the building is listed, but the single glazed windows let all the outside noise in.

Stayed 3 nights. All staff were amazing especially Moss the hotel manager, he made us feel very welcome, looked after us like family. Room was great, had a pull out for my partners 15year old and he was very comfortable. Great bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Highly recommend this hotel if you like historic buildings and maybe want to spot a ghost, this if for you!
