⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ InterContinental Sydney is always my top choice when I travel to Sydney for business. The customer service is consistently excellent — the staff are highly trained, professional, and always very helpful. The rooms are never disappointing. They are always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet in the morning has a wide variety of options. The Club Lounge on levels 31–32 offers stunning views, and the staff there are amazing. The breakfast and afternoon tea in the lounge are also excellent. Breakfast on Level 1 has even more food options, but it can be quite busy. The hotel is also very convenient for transportation, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, InterContinental Sydney delivers a wonderful experience every time. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays.
We are in Sydney at the Intercontinental hotel for 5 days before we start our 11 day taste of Southern Australia tour. The location is within a few minutes walk of the docks, opera house, the rocks, and botanical gardens. We ate our first breakfast at the hotel this morning and wow. The service and food was exceptional. The food was hot, the quality was very good, and the variety was excellent. I look forward to four more days of breakfast here. We have a reservation for the rooftop Aster Bar tonight and expect it also be delightful.
I had a wonderful experience during my stay at InterContinental Sydney. The hospitality was truly amazing — the team made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The view from the room was beautiful, and the hotel’s location made it so easy to access all the major attractions in Sydney. Breakfast was delicious and enjoyable every morning; it would just be even better with a little more variety. A big thank you as well for the late check-out and the lovely little surprise in the room — it really made my stay extra special. Overall, a great experience and I look forward to staying again!
We stayed at the intercontinental for my mates birthday and it was truly one of the most amazing experiences. The room condition was superb, services were excellent to the IHG standard and we left feeling more refreshed than ever. Key staff mentions: from the front desk - Natalie, Ria and the gentlemen was working the overnight shift. They were superb, reflecting the absolute of the core IHG customer service base and value. From the FB team, Kathy and her colleague who was stationed near the coffee and tea station made our mornings so easy and relaxing, they made definitely made our day. Lionel as well who helped brought our luggage to the room With us, really made us feel at ease.
Our stay was amazing. From the moment we arrived the staff was great. Ricardo the valet who helped us with our luggage and kept our car accessible so we could check in then run out and return our rental car, to Kezia, the woman who checked us in was warm and very helpful with suggestions in Bali (our next stop). Bagus, the bartender who we talked extensively on process of making different gins. Even the host and our server (I’m sorry I did not catch their names) at Aster were welcoming and accommodating and we had a wonderful time there. Would highly recommend this hotel and glad we stayed there.
