Everything was amazing. From our room, to dinner, our breakfast and the ghost tour. The only thing I could fault was the wedding across from our room that affected our ghost tour, the music was so loud but out of their control I understand. I just wouldn't do another ghost tour on a Saturday night. Thank you to Deb who was our tour guide too she is full of knowledge and great at her job.

Exceeded expectations with a very comfortable room, quiet surroundings, million dollar views and very friendly and helpful staff. The shuttle bus drivers are very knowledgeable and friendly and each ride put a smile on our face. I really like this element of the stay, felt like we were on an island holiday! The choice of food options are great, if our budget allowed we would have used the restaurant but alas this time breakfast was at the cafe. I actually think this was better as we had a waterfront table in the dappled sun which was special! Such a great use of this historic site and wonderful knowing this business is looking it after it for future generations. We will be back for sure!

We stayed at the Isolation Suites and it was a lovely quiet stay that felt like it was deep in the bush. Staff were very friendly and helpful, though sometimes the staff on the phone at reception could be a bit blunt. We would have loved if the television had let us log in to our own streaming services and the rooms could do with a nicer coffee option, given how remote they are. Apart from this it was wonderful, comfy beds, easy walk to the beach and a lovely restaurant, quick shuttle service. Very pleased.

The service is limited as you are in a standalone building. All the rooms are across multiple little heritage buildings within the national park. The location is great for quiet peaceful sleep. It feels like you are not in a city a hidden gem in such a popular area of Sydney. Great views. The location is not so good if you want quick access to Manly and you do not have a car or a bike to get around.

Our extended family spent two nights in two of the Officer's Cottages (S4 and S10). Bathrooms and kitchens were in dire need of heritage-sympathetic upgrades. No safe way of getting in and out of the bath/shower without holding onto an insecure towel rail. Collapsed fences and general dilapidated condition was disappointing for the amount paid. On a positive note, staff were friendly and helpful.
