The Wanderer, not to be confused with that 60s tune, is a quirky and eclectic Surry Hills bar offering up some hectic customised cocktails, independent craft beers and small batch wines. With a decor theme raising a glass to lovers of travel and exploration, The Wanderer has become of favourite by Wanderers (travel lovers), all over Sydney. Much of the bar’s meteoric rise can be attributed to the eclectic range of retro games, our Ambassadors of Happiness (amazing, knowledgeable and friendly Bartenders) those hectic drinks and chill vibes. The bar is passionate about supporting local and independent small business. You'll see this from the range of always independent Aussie craft beer on tap rotation as well as as hand selected Artisan Aussie spirits on offer! Of course, the rest of The Wanderer’s popularity can probably be put attributed to the a charming, 'door’s always open' sort of ambience. Both the bar and those who inhabit it are friendly, jovial, quick with a funny - all those good things, that invite warm, fuzzy feelings in your stomach. That might be the cocktails, though.
