Yukis at the Quay
Yuki’s at the Quay is a perennial favourite around Sydney. Why? What for? The answer to that is a simple one - the food is a crazy-amazing mix of classic and modern Japanese cuisine, and the whole thing’s got a backdrop of a million-dollar view of Sydney Harbour. With (somewhat legendary, guys) head chef Norihiro Nakatani at the helm of proceedings, one can pretty much expect the goings-on to be of the very fresh, very delicious and very amazing variety. Especially, it’s gotta be said, the sushi and sashimi. As a function space, Yuki’s at the Quay is a pretty spectacular one. In that the view is the kind of view you’d see grace a postcard of Sydney. Inside, it’s a stylish affair, with impeccable and attentive service. It’s a modern decor, one that’s unpretentious in its good-lookin’ nature, and basically lets the food do the talking. As well it should. This is a great spot for group dinners, event birthdays, and intimate date nights. Yuki’s at the Quay is found on level four of the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay? That sounds confusing, but take it from us - it’s not. Plenty of ferries nearby, and it’s just off George Street. As a result, you’ll be in prime position to check out some tourist favourites and to explore Sydney after some kick-as sashimi.
