The food at The Cauliflower Hotel in Waterloo is an absolute delight! I tried a variety of dishes, and every bite was fantastic. The roast chicken with broccolini and potatoes was cooked to perfection, with the chicken tender and juicy, and the vegetables adding a fresh, vibrant touch. The nachos were a standout – loaded with toppings like guacamole, sour cream, and jalapeños, every bite was bursting with flavour. The crispy battered fish and tacos were also hits, with each dish delivering on taste and presentation. The portion sizes were generous, and the balance of textures and flavours made for an enjoyable dining experience. Whether you're after pub classics or something with a bit of flair, The Cauliflower Hotel has it covered. Highly recommended!

Great spot for after work beers if you’re a local, food was okay, buns on the burgers were very hard and fries tasted unseasoned but everything inside the burger was nice and onion rings were fantastic I would come back here again to have midweek cocktails, beers and finger foods

Cute little pub in Waterloo. Great building. Lovely atmosphere upstairs. Great service. Outdoor street seating to watch the world go by and chat to the locals. Great food.
