We were celebrating a wedding anniversary and stayed 2 nights. The service was outstanding. It was clear that it was a busy weekend with many functions on and the team were still attentive, welcoming and willing to go above and beyond. The adults only pool is a great addition to the facilities and for those travelling with kids there is plenty on offer. Harvest restaurant was our highlight- the steak was one of the best I've had. Next time we are in the area we will be sure to visit once again!

We organized a Milestone birthday celebration at the Governor Phillip Ballroom. Everything at our event was absolutely spot on. The staff during the event was extremely helpful and courteous. Special thanks to Nicole for adding some lovely touches to the seating arrangements and ensuring everything being spot on . Can not finish this feedback without mentioning Kelly, the Chef who took time out from her busy schedule to discuss finer details of the Menu. Food was served on time, was very delicious and desserts were just stunning. Our guests loved everything at the event. A BIG thank you to everyone involved from Crown Plaza Hawkesbury Valley, making our event a memorable one!!/

Absolutely lovely people. Your front desk team were so friendly and inviting and very helpful. Rooms were big and roomy. Food was good and bar on site but the best thing I saw at this place and I have not seen in any other hotels is the free slushy machine near reception. Let's just say that was used a fair bit. Definitely be back in the future for a family stay this time

Recommend this hotel for families with children. The indoor pool is way smaller than the picture and the water was on the cold side. But they provide you with the beach towel and floaty noodles which was good. The deeper end of the pool is 1.8m. They also have a playground and the kids zone with table tennis and some toys and colouring. The walk outside the hotel around the small lake is lovely. Breakfast was neatly presented. Food was average at the bar just across the reception. We had to wait for 40 minutes to get our dinner served. (4 dishes) I had to go and ask after seeing the table who ordered after us got served before us! Feels like they missed us because the food was lukewarm which was a bit of a let down... 1 night stay was definitely too short. I recommend staying at least two nights to fully enjoy the atmosphere of and around this lovely hotel and suburb.

A beautiful location for a short trip away from Sydney. Staff were delightful though service could be sharper (for example my friend and i waited at the reception for 3 staff members to finish talking to each other - it took a while); I was just struck that hotel staff would prioritise their own chat over helping customers. Food was not bad, though don’t expect to be blown away. Rooms are large and comfortable. The gym does need a serious update (and possibly proper cleaning), but there is a little playground for kids which would appeal to young families. All in all a lovely stay, notwithstanding some polishing of their staff.
