Great value for money. The Queen Deluxe Studio was decent, spacious and good for 2 of us. Not extremely modern in term of furnishings but had everything you'd want for the pricing. The breakfast buffet every morning was wonderful which makes staying at Sage great value for money. The staff at the front desk and the cafe were wonderful. Highly recommended.

Sage Hotel truly made our holiday unforgettable! We stayed here to celebrate my birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make it extra special. To our surprise, we received a room upgrade, complimentary parking, and breakfast, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were all warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating throughout our visit. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We also enjoyed dining at the lobby restaurant, where we had an amazing lunch. The barista-made coffee was another highlight—so convenient and absolutely wonderful. We are so grateful for the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail that made our birthday getaway even more memorable. We would highly recommend Sage Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we will definitely be back!

First time visiting Wollongong and i am so glad i did! Celebrating my Birthday i decided to treat myself to some luxury stay. Sage Hotel is excellent, fantastic location walking distance to the beautiful foreshore and the central shopping mall: many food options along the way....Thankyou to all the staff here who were nothing but exceptional, explained everything and always with a smile, walked into my suite (i received a free upgrade) and received a sparkly bottle to celebrate!🥂🍾 organised by the Duty Manager Patrick James thankyou so kindly made my evening! Being tired from the trip and working long hours, i tried the room service! So easy to order and was very nice...outside was raining so perfect timing to just sit back and enjoy my room!👌. The bed is super comfortable and room was very clean, welcoming with a natural decor. I requested a type of view and the golf view was available, wow just stunning! The next day i woke up and thought i do not want to leave yet (was a sunny day) and decided to stay another night, explore Wollongong by foot the staff including Housekeeping again was so accomodating they left me in the same room found it remade :) after i came back from my walk..grazie!🙏 (buffet breakfast/car park can be included ask for the delux rooms packages also sign up fir the best deals. Highly recommend Sage Hotel, thankyou everyone for making my Birthday so special!!! Will see you again... 🙋♀️🙏🩵💗🍾🥂

Clean, fresh, and wonderfully quiet with a great view. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Honestly some of the best hotel pillows we’ve slept on. A special thank you to Anna for her wonderful service and genuine smile. It really made our stay feel welcoming. The buffet breakfast is $35 per person with no time limit until service ends, which we appreciated. The food was excellent! Perfectly cooked sunnyside-up eggs, fresh fruits, and nice pancakes. The only downside was the coffee. It wasn’t filter coffee as advertised but from a machine, and it had a slightly ashy taste, especially noticeable with the black coffee options. Our only other minor issue was the window. On level 11, We had a gorgeous view of the beach and golf course, but the dusty glass slightly dulled it. After a quick wipe, though, the view was crystal clear. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!

The Front Desk staff were exceptionally welcoming and professional, setting a wonderful tone from the moment of arrival. The property enjoys a truly outstanding location, and while it carries a sense of charming history, it has been maintained to an impressively high standard. A particular highlight was the morning breakfast buffet, which offered a delightful and satisfying start of the day.
