Rydges is situated in an excellent location to the Coolangatta/ Gold Coast airport. In saying that you would not believe that you are staying so close to it, as you cannot really hear any air traffic, either landing or taking off.. The staff are really friendly and courteous. The room was really clean & tidy.. We will definitely be a repeat customer when staying on the Gold Coast.. I would highly recommend Rydges Motel for a very enjoyable stay. Tony and Louise

Amazing communication before and during our stay. It was so nice to have staff at the front desk 24/7 to answer any questions and assist. All staff were very friendly and easy to speak with. We will be back! Thank you for a lovely stay. Our room was ready early also so we could get to a wedding in NSW so muchly appreciated! Will recommend to friends and family needing to stay in this location 😊

Lovely room, restaurant nice and food was good. Couple of features in compendium weren't available at the time of my visit. Roof top bar not operating, also couldn't post a letter from here. I was advised there was a post box outside the terminal, which I eventually found. I would definitely stay again

Stayed at Rydges Gold Coast Airport and couldn’t be more impressed! The hotel is modern, clean, and incredibly convenient being right next to the terminal. But what really stood out was the service—especially from Chris, the Food & Beverage Manager. Chris was absolutely amazing. He made us feel welcome from the moment we walked into the restaurant. His attention to detail, friendly attitude, and genuine care for guests really elevated the whole experience. Whether it was a casual drink or a full meal, Chris went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel not just for the location, but for the outstanding hospitality. Thanks again, Chris—you made our stay memorable!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay again. Unfortunately we had to request to change rooms due to a smell coming from the bathroom. It was all done with absolutely no issues at all. They were very understanding and very responsive to our request. I wouldn’t choose the Executive Concourse room again as it’s at the far end of the building and a limited view of the tarmac. The staff were all wonderful.
