Visited Mihi Creek Tavern recently and had a great experience. The venue has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, making it a nice place to catch up with friends or enjoy a meal. The food was well presented, served fresh, and offered good portion sizes. The staff were friendly and attentive, and service was efficient throughout the visit. The venue was clean, well maintained, and had plenty of seating options. Overall, Mihi Creek Tavern is a great local spot in Brassall with good food, friendly service, and a comfortable atmosphere.
Meals were good value for money. Bar staff were quick & helpful. Parking out front. Can get a bit noisy on a busy weekend.
My fiancé and I had our engagement Party at the Mihi on Saturday night,We had the best time The food was great, The service was amazing, The karaoke was a blast. The team helped us organise everything every step of the way. Thank you so much guys!! couldn’t recommend this space enough 💕
Last minute decision to go to the tavern for dinner. Food ordered was a Parmy salad and chips $27 -Wednesday special And the Surf and Turf special $45 . The surf and turf was really good. Steak was tasty and cooked as requested. The parmy meal was large also pretty good. I do think the prices are a little high. No problem with parking. The presentation of the place is pretty good.
This was my first time at this establishment. I always try to play it safe and stick to the same meal when eating out at these types of taverns so I don't get disappointed. I went for the Chicken parmi like I have at our local tavern. It usually ranges between $24-$30 and this place was comparative on price. What wasn't comparative was the taste. The chips were average for my pallet but then again, I prefer my chips hot and the green salad was wilted ( likely from the heat of the chips & schnitzel when first put on the plate). The meal arrived to the table luke warm at best. The schnitzel was bland and seemed to lack being seasoned. I felt like I needed to add some salt and I'm not one whom needs salt to be added at the table. Maybe they booked to many large birthday groups that night and the kitchen couldn't keep up. The bistro staff were very friendly and cleared the tables in a timely manner. Maybe I was there on a tough night for the tavern, but I'm not likely to pay for another meal to find out. I heard good reviews before I went.
