I’m very glad I finally tried this restaurant. The food is as good as everyone’s been saying it is. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, I am in fact drooling as I am writing this review 🤤. Texture, taste and aroma of the food were all top notch. Dim lighting inside and upbeat music adds to the trendiness. Location in inner city means customers need to find their own car park or catch public transport in but the cultural centre bus station is less than 5 minutes’ walk away.
We love Nicky so much, gave us a lot of amazing dining advice, and always took care of us. I heard before that the chef of this restaurant is very good. It was amazing to eat today. My favorite one is wagyu dumplings. So amazing 👏
One of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants! Every dish we've tried has been delicious, but my favorite is the wheat noodles—so yummy. The service and atmosphere are excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Walked in for dinner as we were staying nearby, were lucky to get a table - definitely recommend booking. Staff were friendly but recommend using the QR code to order drinks, would have waited a very long time to order another drink otherwise. We opted for the pre-theatre banquet mainly to avoid having to choose what to eat and highly recommend this. Plenty of food, so much so we barely ate the mains, great value for the price. Poached chicken salad and duck buns were stand outs - I will come back just for these. Cocktails were delicious also!
First time dining here & highly recommend it! From the moment I booked it to the end of our meal, the whole experience was seamless! This was a quick lunch for 4, we had a ballet to be at by 1:30pm & they opened at 12 noon - there was an option during the booking process to check a pre-theatre box which I thought was very thoughtful as when we were seated, the lovely guy who served us informed us on which items on the menu would come out quickly so we could still enjoy the food & our time there which we very much appreciated. Great atmosphere, the staff were all so friendly & the guy who looked after us was also very attentive. The drinks & food all came out not long after we ordered & everything was delicious!!! The portions were generous making it worth every cent! The restaurant is about a 7 minute walk from the Cultural Centre bus stop making it easy to access via public transport. Being in the busy side of South Brisbane, street parking is difficult however there are some available if you’re lucky & there are a few carparks near by. Plenty of space for prams & mobility vehicles along with amenities. Will be back for sure!!
