There are a few steps involved in booking an event at Chu The Phat and the VenueNow team are here to do the heavy lifting for you.

Firstly, contact the VenueNow team by submitting an enquiry or speaking to one of our team members online or over the phone. We'll need to collect a few details from you, such as your:
- Event type
- Number of people attending
- Preferred event date & time (and if this is flexible)
- Budget (per person or total)
- Room layout
- Food and beverage / catering requirements
- Any other requirements

Once we've gathered these details, the VenueNow team will contact the team at Chu The Phat to check:
1) Can they host the event on your preferred date / time? If not, what are some alternate dates / times?
2) What is the estimated cost based on your event requirements?

This process tends to take around 1 business day on average to receive a response from the venue. Once we've received a response, the VenueNow team will contact you as soon as possible.

If you're happy with the proposed price and dates / times, the VenueNow team will connect you with Chu The Phat to finalise your booking (which may include a site visit if you choose to do so).

VenueNow provides this service free of charge to you as we are paid a small fee by Chu The Phat if you book via us.

South Brisbane restaurant Chu The Phat offers a diverse collection of a la carte dining options, lunch specials, and group banquets in a massive multi-level venue with two kitchens, two bars and a variety of unique spaces. 

The eclectic and exciting venue caters for groups of 20 to 400 with a range of spaces, including an indoor bar on Melbourne Street connecting bustling Fish Lane. The large mezzanine level also offers intimate seating options downstairs while you enjoy your drink! The restaurant's décor is an enchanting blend of old world and new, with a giant copper entry door that leads into the downstairs bar set to engage diners citywide!

With a focus on Asian street food set to wow your guests, the restaurant draws in flavours from Hong Kong, Korea and Taiwan.

Diners have the option to choose from their different menus, whether they want to avail themselves of the cocktail dining style or the sit-down banquet style.

Some of the restaurant's amazing Asian street food starters and side dishes include steamed duck buns, pork and kimchi toasted buns, sweet corn & coriander dumplings, vegetable spring rolls and fried chicken ribs.

The main dishes include nanna annas chilli chicken, black Angus eye fillet, steamed tofu, stir-fried chicken & cashew, black onyx beef galbi, coral coast barramundi, stir-fried pork mince, and chu fried rice.

Lastly, for dessert, guests have the choice between the steamed chocolate bun, raspberry caramel and the coconut & chocolate semifreddo.
