This was one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at. Even the most basic room was luxurious and spacious! The rooftop pool is epic, though it is covered in shade by mid afternoon. But the view is stunning and the size is good, unlike some other hotels in the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, the different facilities were great and the restaurants were quality. The only thing it’s missing is a buffet breakfast!

The wine tasting event we attended was a delightful experience, enhanced by the inviting ambiance of the venue. Upon arrival, we were immediately struck by the warm and cozy atmosphere, which set the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable evening. The space was thoughtfully designed, allowing for an intimate yet casual experience. Our seating arrangement added to this, as we were fortunate to be seated at a table that perfectly facilitated conversation. The circular layout of the table ensured that everyone was within close proximity, making it easy to engage in meaningful discussions without having to raise our voices or feel distant from others. This setup encouraged a natural flow of conversation, allowing all attendees to participate comfortably and connect with each other over the shared experience of wine tasting. The intimacy of the seating brought a sense of togetherness that enriched our time there. Each person could easily share their thoughts on the different wines being sampled, creating a collaborative and interactive dynamic that made the activity even more enjoyable. The combination of a charming ambiance and an ideal seating arrangement made the event memorable. It wasn’t just about the wine; it was about the overall experience of being in a welcoming environment that fostered connection and conversation. Words cannot express the excellence of quality and service at this hotel. I happened to stay at a delicate time of my Mum passing. Every single staff member went out of their way to help me in every way possible. Nothing way too much and everyone so supportive and understanding, doing everything possible to help. The pool is gorgeous, as is the restaurant/bar. Again, every staff member went over and above to do anything to help. I have travelled the world and never received such genuine care and compassion for anything that could make my stay more comfortable. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Hotel is located mins from the South Bank train station. We had the premium city and river view room, which offers great view, the night view is breathtaking. The rooftop pool is perfect to rest, which offers great view of the city and river. The steam and sauna room is also fantastic, it was very empty only us. Plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay, and will definitely come and stay for our future visits.
