We stayed here for 3 nights when we arrived in Brisbane from LA. This is one of the nicest properties we have ever stayed at. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The facilities were very impressive. Our room and everything we saw was very clean. We only tried the breakfast, but it was amazing. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
Attended an event at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. I had a selection of different meals to try. I had the chicken which was really nice and juicy but also firm in a good way. The dessert was a little bit too sweet for my tastes but I could see other people enjoy it. Some of the portions could be improved. Staff attending to us were very nice. Overall I was really happy with the whole experience.
One of most memorable place I stayed for a long time. We staying to celebrate my 6yrs old girl end of chemo after 2.5 yrs battle cancer. Bobby (Guess relation manger) went above and beyond to make our stay special. Thanks so much Bobby. You are amazing! The service from checking in, cleaner, waiter, pool staff are all so friendly and have smiles on their face. My girl said it was the best day ever! The room is nice and clean with super comfortable bed. The highlight is the elevator!!! My girl had so much fun in it haha The location is also great! Right in Southbank and close to many restaurants. Thanks so much! We will definitely be back.
The BEST couple days stay at The Emporium for my partners birthday. We were greeted by super friendly and helpful staff, beautiful stylish atmosphere and provided complimentary champs and a patisserie dessert. So fantastic. The generous sized mountain view room was perfect even if it was their base room we had a fantastic and comfortable stay, foxtel on demand and fully stocked mini bar. It’s one of those rooms you can hang out in very happily in between adventures. The pool is off the charts, we enjoyed a great sauna and steam room. There’s an ice bath plunge pool which we didn’t use. The rooftop bar is gorgeous with amazing service. Loved the location and was able to walk most place or catch the water ferry. Couldn’t recommend The Emporium highly enough and do yourself a favour and treat yourself to a stay here.
The images and descriptions on the website are far nicer than reality. The price paid for our room had me expecting a luxury experience and it was by far a downgrade from what our every day life. Geared more towards party guests with lots of alcohol in the room and less of a focus on everyday luxuries like nice pillows (the king bed pillows are massive and hard) and toiletries you might have forgotten and need. I was told they have an infrared sauna and cold plunge from reservations which was a major reason for booking but it turned out to be a regular sauna. Everything is a bit dingy and not as nice as it appears in the images.
