I stayed here for three nights last week on a business trip, and it was fantastic. The location is perfect, right in the middle of town with plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are immaculate – modern, spacious, and very clean. The in-room facilities are a standout: a great cooking setup with a big fridge, plus the bonus of a washing machine and dryer. This is incredibly handy for business trips, especially in hot weather when it’s great to wash your clothes at the end of the day. The shower and bathroom facilities are excellent as well. This will definitely be my go-to accommodation when visiting Gladstone.
Great customer service and outstanding place to stay. Very clean and the only thing I can fault is the wall is a bit thin. Could hear my neighbours alarm in the morning. Other than that great location and nice size room. Highly recommended.
Recently stayed at Oaks Gladstone, reception staff was amazing. Ella was fantastic and helped us will all our needs. Decided to stay again on our return home and Ella remembered us and we were greeted by name which is always pleasant! The service was second to none!
Excellent central location. The service desk is second to none, and open 24hrs. The room is immaculate, and the beds are clean and comfortable with ample pillows. Basic tea and coffee supplied for like, one day. So if your stay is longer than that you will need to bring some. The parking was easy peasy. I love that instead of the little disposable bottles of toiletries, they have opted for refillable ones. I think this is way more efficient. The AC kept us wonderfully cool, even though it was extremely hot and stuffy outside. There is enough kitchen facilities for basic cooking... double hotplate, toaster, kettle microwave and decent size fridge. There is even a washer/dryer in the bathroom, so we really couldn't ask for more. Lots of tv channels to choose from and room service if you wish for it. You can even order basic groceries through the hotel if you want to pay the premium for it. I loved my stay here and would not hesitate to stay again, or recommend it to anyone else.
Would recommend Oaks hotel to anyone who asked, the room I got upgraded to as I did not ask for. It was just the kindness of the employee who took care of my stay for the night, as I did not have a balcony she decided to give me one with a balcony 😩😊. As that wasn't kind enough the rooms are definitely a 5 star recommendation for sure. Will be seeing more of me
