The staff were friendly, and the apartment was spacious. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t match the premium price. The apartment was surprisingly dark, the pool wasn’t heated, and the resort’s cost-cutting was obvious. Guests are asked to leave a deposit for ordinary pool towels, toiletries are provided very sparingly, and it all adds up to a feeling that management is penny-pinching. For what you pay, I’d expect a far more generous and premium experience. Great location, but disappointing value for money.
Great weekend spent at Peppers celebrating my birthday. Amazing location, 5 minute walk to the main beach and Hastings St. Buggy service from bottom of the hill if you dont feel like walking which came in handy a few times. Both times the driver was super friendly. Friendly staff, room was beautiful, quiet, felt luxurious, and the restaurant had very relaxed chill, cozy vibes which was perfect. We had a couple drinks and a few appetizers. The cauliflower popcorn was really delicious. Plenty of parking, great views, private large balcony. Will definitely be back for a longer stay next time! Also, shout out to Jass and her team for going above and beyond to make my stay even more special.
I wish I had read the reviews before booking, but unfortunately I found them when it was already too late. The rooms were clean, but they had an unpleasant smell and everything felt very old and outdated. The apartments are spacious, but they are in desperate need of renovation and don’t feel particularly comfortable. The biggest disappointment was that the photos online are very misleading. They make the property look modern and well maintained, but the reality is completely different. The rooms are old, tired, and much more run-down than the pictures suggest. The hotel’s location was also disappointing. It’s situated at the top of a very steep hill, so for almost everything you need to drive. They advertise a buggy shuttle service, but as an international guest it was almost impossible to contact them. They claim to have WhatsApp, but that wasn’t true in our experience. Even when the shuttle was available, it was slow and involved quite a long wait. We didn’t even try the breakfast or the other facilities because, honestly, after seeing the condition of the accommodation, we just didn’t feel like it. Overall, the rooms were clean, but they smelled bad, felt very dated, and the property did not live up to the expectations created by the online photos. I wouldn’t stay here again.
We had a great time at Peppers Noosa for a family holiday. Service was excellent from every staff member we had the pleasure to meet. Thank you for making our getaway memorable. We appreciate the room upgrade as part of the Accor family. We had the 4 bedroom villa . It was very roomy and well fitted out . Everything worked as it should and was very clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Mary at the restaurant. You made us feel very special and welcome with your lovely smile and awesome service . Thank you to all the Peppers team for giving us such a great experience 👍 Jimmy and family .
Room was great - we had a one-bed apartment which was spacious and had everything we needed. Location was super, too and all the staff we encountered were lovely. My only complaints were the room needed a deep clean - it was very dusty. As in, there was clearly visable dust all over the walls, blinds, vents etc. Also, the breakfast was just ok. Reasonable range, but under the warmer lights some of the cakes and pancakes and things became as hard as rocks after a little while. Might need a better way to keep some of them warm going forward.
