Level One Seventeen is a unique multi use first floor event and production space for creative professionals. Inspired by the casual cool of Manhattan style loft apartments, we've designed the space to be inspiring, tranquil and flexible. Renovated out of an old dance studio the building retains industrial features that create a great contrast to the interior space. With 270 degrees of natural light the venue also features a beautiful 11.6m x 5.7m studio area as an extension of its main open plan floor space. The rest of the studio has been custom fitted to bring together the domestic coziness of vintage furniture, luxurious natural furnishings and functional features.
