RŌŌM by IQ Studio 80 Square Metres of usage space (excluding storeroom). Nestled in the industrial area of Mermaid Beach, lies our light-filled little studio. She’s perfectly imperfect and we love her a lot. With two large openable roller doors, there is plenty of opportunity for natural light to flow in throughout the entire day. Especially when golden hour hits in the afternoon, creating the perfect setting for any occasion. Our studio includes: Bathroom (also can be used as a change room) Air conditioned Kitchenette & Fridge 2 Couches Various tables, plinths and mirrors Lounging Chairs 2 large standing mirrors

Could do with a Reno. Dirty curtains,toilet door not working properly, they stated a bathroom it wasn't just a room behind curtains with sink, toilet and mini fridge. Only one toilet.
