What a fantastic venue! We recently hired the main Empress Theatre for our Cabaret night to celebrate 10 years of teaching Shibari, and it looked absolutely fantastic! Even with 130 people in there eating and drinking the venue handled it with aplomb! Andrew was amazing in the lead up with all his assistance, nothing was too much trouble for him, and then on the night he was everywhere making sure food was cooking, drinks were moving, and that we were happy. It's a testament to his and his team's hard work with how well our night went and how much our guests enjoyed themselves. 11/10 to you all, so amazing! We will happily come back and hire you again without any thought!

This place is exceptional! We have hired this space a number of times for dance concerts and the staff and organisers have been wonderful! They are so accomodating and easy to work with and our guests have thoroughly enjoyed their time there each time we have hired. Their catering is wonderful and their sound and lighting staff are professional and skilled. I cannot fault this venue. I highly recommend them for theatre, bands, concerts or catering events. I have received a 5 star experience each time we have hired this space. We have also held photo shoots there and the space and lighting is also fantastic for this.

HIDDEN GEM honestly.. We hired the Garden Bar with the buffet and drinks package. The venue definitely did not disappoint!! The food choices were exceptional, the taste was just as good! Andrew and Joyce outdid themselves making the planning a smooth and easy process. Super flexible and very responsive in regards to any changes we wanted to make. The team at Arcana did make everyone comfortable and set a good tone for the night. Will definitely book again!

I have organised my first event in Arcana. Andrew is too good and an hardworking guy. He patiently listened and helped me. Venue is nice and good for 150 people. Food and drinks they provide which is again good too. I highly recommend this place.

Its a hidden gen to be honest. Found the drinks rather expensive for what you pay for. Nice set up outside. Inside is small but a good size for a small group. Definitely grap a seat cushion if you're there for a show, seats are a little uncomfortable. Heads up, only one Unisex toilet.
